The main objective of the project is to eliminate health risk factors occurring in the workplace by: extended diagnostics, rehabilitation, health education, providing job ergonomics or retraining of people working for 47 people (42K;5M), including 23 employees (18K, 5M) of the Municipal Health Centre Complex in Małogoszcz and 24 employees (24K) of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Małogoszcz, through the implementation of a health programme aimed at eliminating risk factors at work, including work ergonomics, in the period from IX 2024 to VIII 2025. Analyzing data on illnesses of own employees and absences from work was based on data, among others. Social Security and your own data. In 2022, 27.0 million medical certificates with temporary incapacity for work were registered in the ZUS Register of Medical Certificates for a total of 288.8 million days of sickness absence (due to own illness, child care and care of another family member). Compared to 2021, there was an increase in both the number of sick leave days by 2.2% and the number of medical certificates by 9.7%. Of these, 21.8 million are self-illness certificates. Compared to the previous year, we see an increase of 6.7%. The number of people insured with ZUS, who were issued a medical certificate for their own disease at least once in 2022, amounted to 7.1 million. Compared to the previous year, there was an increase of 9.3% in the number of these people. The average length of sick leave in 2022 per person insured with ZUS was 33.41 days (in 2021 - 36.66 days). Sickness absenteeism in 2022 due to own disease of persons insured with ZUS (in the context of the number of days of absenteeism) was most often caused by: musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases – 16.4% of the total number of days absent (2021: 16.5%), – pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth – 15.7% of the total number of days (2021: 17.0%), – respiratory diseases – 14.2% (2021: 11.6%), – injuries, poisoning and other specific effects of external factors – 13.3% (2021: 13.1%), – mental and behavioural disorders – 10.0% (2021: 10.5%), – COVID-19-related diseases – 2.1% (2021: 2.3). Analyzing the number of days of sickness absenteeism per 1 insured person, we observe that the highest sickness absenteeism was recorded in Łódzkie (16.68 days), Świętokrzyskie (15.67 days), Wielkopolskie (15.54 days) and Śląskie (15.14 days); the lowest in Podlaskie (12.42 days), Mazowieckie (12.50 days), Lubelskie (13.28 days) and Małopolska (13.42 days).
