Main objective of the project (P): an increase in the level of social and professional activity of 40 (15k and 25m) residents of the Starachowice Commune, including 10k and 17 m at risk of poverty and social exclusion and 5k and 8m inactive in the period from VI 2024 to VII 2025 by extending the existing support offer for 10 (6K4M) participants of the Social Integration Club at the Social Services Centre and supporting 30 (9K21M) new participants of the NSI with the use of active inclusion services of a social and professional nature, increasing employability and returning to the labour market. CUS has been running the NSI since 2008, supporting people who are vulnerable to social exclusion, hindering their participation in professional, social and family life (Social Employment Act). Every 7th PUP Client (3271 pers -1513k) uses help in CUS min. for 1 reason due to the act on mutual assistance. (58%K49%M) is over 47% of the total use of CUS. Dependence on social assistance for the above-mentioned performances is excluded, which makes it much more difficult to return to the labour market and improve skills in dealing with problems. At 930os. use CUS (374k556m) including 121K and 308m with disabilities, more than 80%k and 88%m use the area. 37 months. Interest in forms of support in KIS is confirmed by social workers who have direct contact with CUS clients. There is a need to extend the KIS offer. The applicant wants to achieve the objectives and indicators of P. through the implementation of: social work (social contract, individual and group reintegration path (IRP). career counselling and psychologist., anti-discrimination workshops, social work, vocational courses., internship with the employer, educational and integration trips.
