Active socio-occupational integration of third-country nationals through the establishment of the Centre for the Integration of Foreigners

The aim of the project is to establish and operate the Centre for the Integration of Foreigners (CIC), which will provide support for 525 (499K/26M) third-country nationals (OPT) residing in the Świętokrz voivodship (in particular the city of Kielce) in the field of social and social integration. The project responds to the problems and needs of social-econ integration. OPT identified in this area and will contribute to the improvement of their functioning in the Polish community. The activities create a comprehensive system of support in the integration process. The planned inclusive initiatives take into account the diversity of people, the flexibility of the forms of support offered, as well as the individual approach, take into account the openness of migrants to change and anticipate, as a result of the integration process, readiness and ability to learn, work. Includes assistance for each third-country national regardless of age. Preferences for participation will be given to persons under temporary protection in connection with the aggression against Ukraine, however, it is possible to support other third-country nationals legally residing in the Republic of Poland. Actions are planned: -Creation and operation of the CIC -Information and Advisory Point for third-country nationals, -Intercultural counselling -Physical and legal support, -Adaptation courses, -Polish language learning at various levels, -Educational and developmental activities for children of young people, -Childcare, -Qualifying courses and classes at CiS, -Integration (cafés, trips and picnics) For all UP activities in the field of shaping anti-discretion attitudes in various forms are planned. It is assumed that there are no equality barriers, i.e.: involvement in the implementation of activities of both K. and M., lack of segregation of K. and M. in the field of education, profession and worship. Activities will contribute to increasing the activity of women, thus eliminating the equality barrier - lower activity of women. K. Every OPT will have fair access to participate in the project, regardless of gender, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation. Recruitment and promotional documents as well as all materials will be available in Polish and in the most popular foreign languages, i.e.: ukr., ang., fran., so that equal opportunities and non-discrimination are maintained. The CIC created will be compatible with the model created by MRiPS. The project will be carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. All renovation works will be carried out in such a way as not to affect the environment and using sustainable products and solutions (greenery protection, materials, lighting, heating, etc.). Actions will not negatively affect the Wednesday, in line with the "do no significant harm" principle. No or no significant expected impact on the environmental objective is expected in any of the six environmental objectives: -climate change mitigation, -adaptation to climate change, -sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources, -circular economy, including waste prevention and recycling, -prevention and control of air, water or soil pollution, -protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems. Environmental practices will be disseminated by informing the UP about the possibilities of taking care of the environment. In the project, every person will be equal before the law. The rights of persons with disabilities will be respected by ensuring that project activities can be used to ensure their independence, social and professional integration and participation in the life of the community. Access to the project will be equal for both disabled and disabled people. The assumptions of the project will be consistent with the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The applicant does not carry out any discriminatory activities in its activities and is guided by the principle of equality, freedom and respect for all people.
