The main objective of the project (P) is to improve the quality of the functioning of the family system by increasing the availability of social services and support for 77 (50K, 27M, including 10 ON) people functioning in foster care, foster families, people from the surroundings, independent pupils in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026. P will contribute to improving the quality and broadening of social services addressed to family environments in the PZ and independent people. The diagnosis showed needs in terms of (own research/surveys on 74os-51K, 23M): - not enough. access to counseling - distant dates, cost of visits-84% (62os-43K,19M) - low participation in cultural and social life - 72% (53os-37K,16M) - not enough.financial resources - 87% (64os-44K,20M) - not enough.preparation for independent living and integration with the middle adult leaving the family and instPZ-95% (67os-47K,20M) - low awareness of tolerance / non-discrimination IPD, which will be developed by the works.PCPR, psychol. at the stage of recruitment.: • Special support for persons working in the PZ, including self-employed persons: - Psychological-conducting ind. therapy for persons performing the function of RZ as well as for their charges, - Legal advisers- providing legal advice regarding, in particular, functioning in RZ, incomplete (housing, inheritance issues, etc.) • Organisation of ECO-picnic and cultural-educational trips for children and young people from foster care • Organ. summer rest for RZ with children • Workshops in running a home and a budget for independent children Under the P at the PCPR in Jędrzejów, a Family Support Centre (CWR) will be created - a place for providing advice. specialty for the University of Warsaw, i.e. psychologist and legal advisor. Real. goal is a response to the needs diagnosed among people functioning or leaving family and institutional foster care (PZ) and children placed in PZ. P will contribute to the specific objective ESO4.12. Promoting the social inclusion of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including the most deprived and children, and is in line with the National Programme for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion. The actions included in the P form part of the District Programme for the Development of Substitute Care for 2024-2026, which aims to expand, support the existing system of family and institutional foster care, with particular emphasis on family care, organise support for independent people leaving the PZ, initiate actions aimed at enabling the child’s return to the biological family. Integration activities will help to counteract exclusion and break stereotypes about children from PZ. The assumption is comprehensive assistance and an individualized approach to GD. BOnce the place of recruitment and workshops/classes will be available to the ON, especially the disabled, the building has a toilet for the disabled, wide corridors and doors. P will respect the Charter of Fundamental Rights, including Articles 20, 21, 23, 26 (integration of the SA), 37 (sustainable development). The tasks planned under P will take into account the Convention on the Rights of the SA to the extent related to the manner of implementation and the scope of P. P is in line with the principle of ‘do no significant harm’ (eco-education activities).All P products will be available to the SA.
