The problem we want to address is the low substantive and technical potential of the Sukurs Association. The applicant wants to pursue its statutory objectives in the field of, among others: -providing care services for dependent elderly people, including massages and podological services, -providing repair and cleaning services for people with special needs in the Zagnańsk commune. -carry out ecological actions within the framework of its Clean Forest Programme around us. We diagnosed the above-mentioned goals and expectations by conducting surveys among members of the Sukurs Association. In addition, the CUS Program implemented by GOPS in Zagnańsk confirms that we should develop our statutory activity in the Zagnańsk commune in this direction, supporting GOPS in this area. Our problem is that we have people among our members who are willing to provide rehabilitation services but do not have the required qualifications. The material resources of the Association are very modest, especially in the sphere of transport. We have at our disposal on the basis of lending alone. pers. WW TOURAN. To provide care services, we will purchase two tricycles with electric motors to increase the mobility of babysitters. To provide repair and cleaning services, we will purchase a car trailer that would solve the problem of transporting tools, machines, e.g. mowers, ladders, wheelbarrows or rotors needed to provide the above services. To reach a wide range of residents of the commune and the Kielce county, we will buy two tents quickly folded, four folding tables, eight benches. We will use this equipment by exhibiting and promoting the achievements of the members of the Association at picnics, festivities organized in the municipality and county. The purchase of a folding massage and cosmetology chair will enable us to provide mobile rehabilitation and podological services that we are going to launch. In addition, we have a very low-level website that does not meet WCAG 2.1 standards, and we would like to promote our services on a professional website that meets the requirements of communication and information accessibility for all people, including people with disabilities . We have diagnosed on the basis of surveys that the Board of the Association does not know the rules in the field of anti-discrimination behavior, which is why we need to organize training shaping our anti-discrimination behavior. The project will strengthen our competences to conduct classes with seniors, as well as allow us to reach more recipients. The project complies with the principle of: − equality between women and men in accordance with the MINIMUM STANDARD, the problem does not concern one gender in particular, − sustainable development, our activities take into account the needs of future generations, project beneficiaries participate in clean-up actions, − ‘do no significant harm’ (DNSH) aimed at changing attitudes and promoting pro-ecological behaviour , - compliance with the articles of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, - equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principles of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, - anti-discrimination provisions based on the grounds set out in particular in Article 9 para. 3 of Regulation 2021/1060 (General Regulation), i.e. on grounds of sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. To sum up, the aim of the project is to obtain the Applicant's readiness to provide rehabilitation, podological and repair and order services to the residents of the municipality of Zagnańsk, as well as to improve the working conditions of our organisation by increasing the qualifications and knowledge of the members of the association and by purchasing the necessary technical equipment to carry out statutory tasks and establishing a professional website, which will positively affect the development of our organisation.
