The project (P) is implemented by the Gramy with You Foundation (FGzT or Wn). The aim of P is the broadly understood development of FGzT by strengthening the human and organizational potential of Wn, which will allow for better implementation of public tasks by this entity, and thus - the development of civil society in our region. Objective P: 1) results from the diagnosis of the Development Strategy of the Gramy with You Foundation (SRF) carried out by Wn; (https://gramyztoba.pl/images/Fundacja_Gramy_z_Toba_Strategia_Rozwoju.pdf) 2) will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective. ESO4.11. Enhancing equal and timely access to quality, sustainable and affordable services (...); 3. conforms to the following documents: a) Social Services Development Strategy, Public Policy 2030 (with an outlook to 2035)’; b) the Regional Plan for the Development of Social Services and Deinstitutionalisation for the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for the years 2023-2025; c) Cooperation programme of the Świętokrzyskie voivodship self-government with non-governmental organisations for 2024 (focus area 5); 4) directly translates into the planned tasks of P. At the same time, the activities carried out under P are a response to the challenges identified in the diagnosis carried out by Wn, related to, among others: with the socio-economic situation of the Świętokrzyskie voivodship and the needs identified in the Development Strategy of the Gramy with You Foundation (SRF). P assumes, among others: 1) increasing the scope of FGzT's activities by strengthening the substantive potential of its employees or ZAZ employees; the project will implement activities including, inter alia, training/courses; 2) strengthening the organizational potential of FGzT through, among others, the development of employees' skills. In accordance with the SRF, the Wn intends to increase the scope of its activities through the tasks planned in P: 1) training of 4 employees of ZAZu or FGzT in order to obtain their entitlement to conduct social skills training (TUS); 2) training of 1 ZAZu or FGzT employee in order to obtain his skills to carry out Biofeedback training along with the purchase of the necessary equipment and teaching aids; 3) training all P participants in the field of shaping anti-discrimination attitudes. The planned support will contribute, among others: 1) to develop and strengthen Wn's capabilities (including technical, human and organizational resources) in order to carry out the tasks for which FGzT was established. 2) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the statutory activities carried out by Wn. In support of the above objectives, P should be pointed out that, in accordance with the statutes of the FGzT, its purpose is, inter alia, to: a) for the benefit of persons with disabilities, including the prevention of discrimination and violence against persons with disabilities, b) for the protection and promotion of health, c) for the professional and social integration and reintegration of persons with disabilities and persons belonging to groups discriminated against and socially excluded, d) for science, education, education and upbringing. These objectives shall be pursued in particular through the following activities: a) organizing, financing and conducting educational activities for people with disabilities and people belonging to socially discriminated and excluded groups, b) activities in the field of social integration and social economy; c) activities in the field of social assistance, including assistance to families and people in a difficult life situation and equal opportunities for these families and people; d) activities in the field of health protection and promotion, physical, vocational and social rehabilitation, e) improvement of interpersonal, professional and social competences through training and educational activities, f) activities in the field of education, science, education, upbringing and therapy with particular emphasis on persons with disabilities, addicts and other people at risk of exclusion; Cd. in the Additional information section
