Increasing the competences of the Moravia Sports Club's Management Board and Trainers

The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of 6 persons of the Moravia Morawica Sports Club Board (hereinafter Moravia) and 16 persons (1K,15M) employed as a trainer in Moravia, through participation in training camps and mentoring meetings. The project complies with all horizontal principles: i.e. the principle of equality between women and men in accordance with the Minimum Standard; the principle of sustainability and the DNSH principle of ‘do no significant harm; Articles contained in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of 26 October 2012 (Article 20 equality before the law, Article 21 non-discrimination, Article 23 equality between women and men, Article 26 integration of persons with disabilities, Article 37 environmental protection); the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. 13.12.2006 Moravia does not carry out discriminatory actions, there are no actions that may have a discriminatory nature or effect, including no discriminatory legal acts or statements adopted by Moravia in any form (as also indicated in the statements-Annex 1 to the proposal). The project will provide support without any discrimination on the grounds set out in Article 9(3) of Regulation 2021/1060, i.e. on the grounds of sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. In addition, the provisions of the application are in line with Article 63(6). General Regulation 2021/1060, i.e. the project was neither implemented nor physically completed or implemented before the application for funding was submitted.The project complies with national legislation, the applicant is a non-governmental organisation, has legal personality and is entitled to apply for funding from the ESF+. The project will contribute to the specific objective ESO4.11.The problems and needs of the target group presented in the proposal are the result of the Moravia Strategy, which was adopted by a Resolution of the Moravia Board (before the submission of this proposal), available on the Applicant's website at: https://www.ksmoravia.pl/club strategy/ . The direct link to download the strategy is: https://www.ksmoravia.pl/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Strategy-club-.pdf (full access box No1).Based on the strategy, please indicate the following problem areas for the project: there is a need to improve the competences of the club's management staff in terms of strictly managing a sports club; improving the level of knowledge and competences of Moravia coaches, harmonising the issue of motor training of players based on current trends, as well as verifying the issue of tactical settings during matches and in the future develop unified standards for all coaches in this area; develop issues of cooperation with parents and introduce an element of education for parents of players (in groups of children and young people) and in the future develop uniform standards in this respect for all trainers.Development of the above-mentioned problems and needs-in the description of the target group.Due to the limited number of characters in this field, the justification for meeting the above-mentioned horizontal rules is in the cost-free task No. 1. .
