The aim of the project is to increase the potential of civil society organisations - Jerzy Regulski Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy - Świętokrzyski Centre, through the participation of the Centre's staff in English language training, competences related to the use of digital tools, anti-discrimination and stress-reducing classes, as well as participation in a driving licence course cat. B. Activities addressed to 7 participants, staff of the FRDL Centre, including 6K/1M and non-binary persons, if any. The activities result from the diagnosis carried out among the staff of the Center, their implementation will positively affect the achievement of the statutory objectives of the organization and development strategy. The activity of the FRDL CA significantly affects the development and directions of activities, including the innovation of local government units from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, therefore there is a strong relationship between the institutional development of the FRDL CA and the implementation of the Świętokrzyskie Development Strategy 2030+. By increasing the competences of the staff, participating in forms of lifelong education and anti-discrimination and anti-burnout classes, it will contribute to extending the professional activity of participants, as well as improve their position on the labour market, increase the possibility of professional promotion / bonuses, positively affect not only the achievement of goals related to the development of the institution by increasing the satisfaction of working people, but also improve the comfort of work and life of the staff. The applicant shall have in place and comply with anti-mobbing procedures, gender equality procedures, organisation development strategies and remuneration regulations. The project will be implemented in accordance with the horizontal principles in the ESF+ 2021-2027, is in line with the principle of equal opportunities between women and men and the principles of sustainable development, including the DNSH principle. Project in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU, in particular on non-discrimination, equality between women and men, integration of persons with disabilities. The tasks will be carried out taking into account the requirements of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The project will provide support in line with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, as well as accessibility for persons with disabilities, equality regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, nationality - at every stage of the project. For each of the people participating in the project, at the recruitment stage, special needs will be diagnosed, which will be taken into account in the selection and methods of implementing support for each of the participants. The applicant does not conduct discriminatory activities, actively promotes the EU CFR - the implementation of the project "Building Bridges- Civic Capital in Local Communities" under the CERV 2021-2027 and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in undertaken nationwide activities (National Accessibility Forum). Project in line with the Guidelines for the implementation of European Social Fund Plus projects in the 2021-2027 regional programmes in the context of the preparation, implementation and scope of the project.
