The main objective of the project is to support the comprehensive development of the institutional capacity of the Education via Internet Association from Kielce-Świętokrzyskie Province, OSI-KOF area(1 ngo) in order to increase the scope of educational activities (included in Priority 8 of the FESW)organisation by strengthening the organizational and substantive capacity, including the development of employees/collaborators (4O:2K,2M), including in the field of coaching skills and increasing competences in the area of inclusion and diversity practices, and supporting the potential of the Association by purchasing games/materials/tools for conducting workshops and tools supporting the availability of orgs. The project objective is in line with the specific objective ESO4.11. and inter alia enhances equal and timely access to quality, sustainable and affordable services. In 2022, 54.0% of 18-69-year-olds in Poland declared that they had acquired knowledge in various forms, including 48.3% (11.4 million people) informally from colleagues, family or independently. Every 5th person aged 18-69 years participated in courses and trainings (5.6 million people). Among people aged 18-69 years, 9.2% participated in formal education in the 12 months before the survey (study 2/3.2023) (CSO data 2024) The need for continuous development of employees and organizations to build capacity, develop and strengthen the organization's capacity, increase the scope of activities, counteract burnout, increase the availability, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the statutory activities carried out in order to carry out the tasks for which the Association was established.
