Development of SKJ Bilcza's offer

Bilcza Sports Riding Club was established on 11.06.2021. The Association was established by several committed and eager to work equestrian enthusiasts. These people have set themselves the task not only to popularize equestrian activities but also to organize equestrian activities, recreation, communing with animals (not only horses), care for them, hypotherapy. The association also pursues its statutory objectives by initiating activities in the field of nature and environmental protection. It also conducts educational activities for children, adolescents and adults. These activities are carried out within the equestrian centre, which is located in Bilcza at ul. Forest 9, in a picturesque scenery, where it is possible to commune with horses and other animals and nature. The activities carried out by the Club, also indicated in § 5 of the Statutes, are fully in line with the assumptions of the FEŚ: Priority: 8. Education at all stages of life; Priority: 9. Social and health services, by providing training, co-organizing and organizing cultural, sporting, recreational activities integrating the environment, conducting educational and information activities, organizing meetings, demonstrations. health protection and promotion, and thus supporting active social inclusion to promote equal opportunities. The main objective of the project "Development of the SKJ service offer" is to permanently support the development of an entity from the NGO sector operating in the Świętokrzyskie voivodship and to strengthen institutional and expert capacity through the development of the service offer in the field of equestrian activities. This will be achieved through the purchase of a modular expert training service and the necessary specialist equipment. The effect of the actions taken will be an increase in competences (confirmed by a 4-stage validation by the training entity) and skills in the field of recreational and therapeutic horse riding. Thanks to these activities, the barriers defined in the Club's internal diagnosis will be eliminated, where the key to the development of the offer was to strengthen the competences of its members for a wider presence of the Club's offer on the market. The main objective of the project will be worked out in the period 01.04.2025 - 31.12.2025 by providing comprehensive system training and advisory support to all 20 members of the Club, 16K, 4M and enriching the hardware base dedicated to the extended service offer profile. The profile of the target group results from the mere interest in the participation of potential OPs in the project. As a result of the implementation of the project, the Club will be strengthened in terms of staff, institutional and material, which will directly affect the material form of implementation of activities by the organization, i.e. the development of forms and scope of activities for the implementation of the principle of partnership, understood as cooperation with new groups of recipients of extended offers. The participation and level of professionalization of the Club on the regional market will increase in the areas of statutory activity appropriate to promote education, health and support adaptation and social inclusion. The project "Development of the offer of SKJ Bilcz" fully implements the principles and provisions of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2006. As part of the implementation of the project ‘Development of the offer of SKJ Bilcz’, the purchased equipment will be used exclusively for the purposes related to the implementation of the assumed activities in the project.
