The aim of the project is to comprehensively support the development of the Caregiver Foundation by increasing the availability of health services in the field of outpatient rehabilitation in the aspect of the establishment of a physical therapy laboratory in Kielce from 1 March 2025 to 31 July 2025 in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (WŚ). Diagnosis showing the situation: Since its foundation, the Caregiver Foundation has been providing health services in the field of individual physiotherapy to OzN and their caregivers and elderly people in the WŚ, in particular the city of Kielce and the Kielce County. Activities are implemented through projects. Unfortunately, their implementation does not sufficiently meet the needs of the organization in the field of institution building, because projects do not generate income that could: organise activities aimed at increasing the competences of the target group and purchase the equipment necessary to broaden the scope of health services, and thus increase access to health services. Currently implemented projects also do not provide a basis for obtaining a loan for the above-mentioned purposes. This has deplorable consequences, which may lead to the need to close the Guardian Foundation. Namely: - lack of competence and knowledge in the field of Fundraising, which affects the lack of financial liquidity of the organization, which is particularly important in situations where applications for co-financing and grants submitted have a negative assessment, - lack of knowledge and knowledge of provisions in the field of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs, which may lead to legal and financial consequences as a result of mistakes made against beneficiaries requiring social inclusion and using health services and future employees of the foundation - lack of funds for the purchase of physical therapy equipment inhibits the organization in increasing the scope of health services, obtaining the status of a medical entity, and, as a consequence, the inability to: applying for a contract with the NFZ; applying for offers from the Competitiveness Base, which are addressed to entities but.All these problems affect the organization destructively and may affect the negative processing of applications by institutions and grantors. The way to solve them are tasks for the target group consisting of 7 people: 3-person board and collaborators: 4 Physiotherapists, including 2 volunteers with a ruling of the SA: 1. Increasing the availability of health services in the field of outpatient rehabilitation through the purchase of physical therapy devices 2. Implementation (R.) training (sz.) in the field of operation of purchased devices for physical therapy 3. R.sz.from the scope of Fundraising 4. R.sz. in the field of equal opportunities and non-discrimination The planned support will contribute, among others: increasing access to health services in the field of outpatient rehabilitation, improving the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of health services in the above-mentioned scope, achieving the statutory goal of prevention and health protection, increasing knowledge and competence in the field of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, and improving the financial liquidity of the Caregiver. On the basis of the register of medical entities, it is concluded that there is only 1 medical entity in the WŚ providing access to health services in the field of outpatient rehabilitation, which is formally an entity of the social economy. This is the Puls Foundation for Health Promotion(Source: https://rpwdl.ezdrowie.gov.pl). On the basis of conversations with people in need of social inclusion and health services, they are waiting for outpatient rehabilitation services in virtual queues for up to a year, so increasing the availability of services in this area is important. The project will be based on the principles of equality between women and men, sustainable development, ‘do no significant harm’, Article of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs and on grounds of sex, race, ethnic origin, religion, belief, dependency, age or sexual orientation.
