The Spanish Way to Work

The main objective of the project is to increase in the period from 1 August 2024 to 28 February 2026 the employability of 72 [42K/30M] unemployed persons [BB] aged 18-29, belonging to the NEET category, living in the Świętokrzyskie Province [WŚ] within the meaning of the CC by providing them with comprehensive support in the field of socio-occupational activation. The objective of the project is in line with the policy objective (CP4) - A more social, inclusive and implementing Europe's Pillar of Social Rights and the specific objective (ESF+.CP4.A) - Improving access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, in particular young people (...). The project support is addressed to young people belonging to the NEET category, for whom comprehensive activation support will be applied in the form of, among others, the development of an Individual Science and Development Plan together with an Individual Action Plan, support for mentors, digital competence training, language courses, training in intercultural and professional aspects, supervised stay abroad and support after a stay abroad, which will enable them to strengthen their potential, increase their self-esteem and agency on the labour market, which will translate into increased motivation, obtaining professional qualifications, taking up education and, consequently, obtaining satisfactory employment. The mobility phase will be implemented in accordance with the EC documents setting out the ALMA principles: Aim-Learn-Master-Achieve: Active inclusion initiative for integrating disadvantaged young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs) through mobility Manual of Guidance and Aim- Learn- Master- Achieve: Active inclusion initiative for integrating disadvantaged young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs) through mobility. It's a handbook. The activities carried out in the project will include 3 stages (detailed description cf. Tasks): *preparatory phase *mobility phase *maintenance phase The direct result of the project will be the achievement of result indicators: - Number of persons who took up education or training after leaving the programme - 11 UP - Number of persons who obtained a qualification after leaving the programme - 68 UP - Number of persons in employment, including self-employed persons, after leaving the programme - 29 UP WW The structure of BB persons is similar to that of BB in the country. The share of young people up to 30 years of age is high among the total BB (26.2%, of which 53.7% are K), as well as people up to 25 years of age (13.9%, of which 50.2%K). Over the last year (01’23-01’24) the number of BBs increased to 30 years old by 1.2%[1] Graduates account for 4.6% of all BBs in WW [5]. BB in the youngest age groups constitute the highest percentage of people in their age groups in general (BB in the age of 18-24 years account for 5.6% of the total population of WW residents at this age, and pers. in the age of 25-34-6.2%, compared to, for example, people aged 35-44-4.6% or 45-54-4.2%). The share of NEETs in WW is significantly higher than in the country - 16.5% (the third highest rate in Poland) [2]. According to the results of the existing data, the probability of belonging to the NEET category is increased by factors such as: disability, immigrant background, low-skilled background, low-income background, having parents who have experienced unemployment, having parents with low education or divorce of parents [3]. This is confirmed by the results of an own study conducted by the Applicant in order to examine the interest in participating in the project in the field of socio-occupational activation of people belonging to the NEET group and diagnosing the problems and needs of potential participants (in the form of a survey among 50 people from the NEET group from the WW area - 03’24), including: *sex: 50%K, 50%M; *age: 52%-18-24, 48%-25-29 *education: 18%-higher, 26%-medium,32%-professional, 24% basic *ON: 6% FURTHER CONTRACT - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (Part 1)
