ReSTART Career

The main objective of the PROJ. from 01.01.2024 to 31.07.2025 is to increase the adaptability to the requirements of the labour market of 100 (60K/40M) adults, including min. 5 SA: workers expected to be made redundant or at risk of being made redundant or persons made redundant for reasons not related to the worker during the last 6 months prior to joining the project or persons leaving agriculture, residing within the meaning of the Customs Code Act in the Świętokrzyskie Province [WŚ], through the implementation of a comprehensive outplacement programme. ESF+.CP4.D "Supporting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change (...)". Support in the project is aimed at all people for whom actions can be taken to mitigate the effects of job loss, which will contribute to improving the adaptability of workers. Comprehensive support will cover those forms of assistance that will be identified by the OP as necessary to improve its labour market/employment situation and lead to a career change/increase the labour mobility of the OP. Within the framework of the project, activities will be carried out: *identification of needs and diagnosis of professional development opportunities by using IPD-for 100 UP *individual career guidance-for 100 UP *individual psychological guidance-for 50 UP *vocational training-for 80 UP *traineeships-for 60 UP *individual job placement-for 80 UP *subsidized employment-for 14 UP The project will result in achieving the direct result indicator: *Number of people who, as a result of outplacement support/improvement of the working environment, took up work or continued employment - at least 70%, i.e. The implementation of the project will be preceded by an inf.-promotional action (within the framework of indirect partnerships), highlighting the benefits of participation in the project (according to the principle of equal opportunities K and M and equal opportunities and non-discrimination) - see Recruitment description. In the event of receiving grants, the Beneficiary will fulfil the inf. and promotional obligations (including the inf.society for grants.proj.by the EU) in accordance with the General Regulation. The project assumptions, including the target group[GD] and the scope of support were planned on the basis of the Applicant's own diagnosis[1], available, verifiable data on the area of support [2-7], as well as on the results of the project. Many areas of the WW economy in '22 were strongly affected by the armed conflict in Ukraine, which has been ongoing since '21 and which interrupted the dynamic process of recovery of the WW economy after the pandemic, including significantly increased caution of foreign investors to invest in the frontline country. Although there was a yearly decrease in the level of unemployment [at the end of 22, there were 34 029 unemployed persons [BB] in the PLO register in WW, i.e. 4 000 fewer than a year earlier; the rate of decline was 10.5% compared with 15.3% (6.8 thousand) in ‘21; the unemployment rate was 7.7% (down by 1% from 1.4 in ‘21 and 5.2% in the country) but there was a significant slowdown in favourable labour market developments[2,4]. The draft is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of 26.10.2012 and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13.12.2006 – there are no contradictions between the provisions of the draft and the requirements of the above-mentioned documents relating to the scope and content of the draft. The project will provide support without any discrimination on the grounds set out in particular in Art. 3 of Regulation 2021/1060 (General Regulation), i.e. on grounds of sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion, belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. Project compliance with: *the principle of equality K and M *the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for the SA *the principle of sustainable development, as well as the DNSH principle - cf. Tasks.
