The main objective of the project in the period from 01.08.2024 to 31.05.2026 is to improve the professional situation of 240 [144K/96M] adults from 18 years of age, working, employed on the basis of civil-law contracts and/or short-term contracts (i.e. contracts concluded for a fixed period that expires during the project implementation period or lasts no longer than 6 months), residing in the area of Świętokrzyskie Province [WŚ] within the meaning of the CC Act, including at least 12 [7K/5M] persons with disabilities [ON], by providing them with comprehensive activation support. The general objective is in line with the objective of measure 10.08 and will directly contribute to the achievement of: - ESF+.CP4.D specific objective ‘Supporting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, fostering active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment that addresses health risks’, - Policy objective (CP4) - A more social, inclusive and implementing Europe’s Pillar of Social Rights. The support is addressed to all persons employed on the basis of civil-law contracts and short-term contracts, in respect of which professional development activities can be undertaken, which will contribute to the improvement of professional qualifications/competences and the improvement of the social and professional situation. The support will cover such forms of assistance that will be identified in a given PA as necessary to improve its access to employment, lead to the development of the PA's professional career and improve its financial situation. Unstable forms of employment (based on short-term and civil-law contracts) are one of the biggest problems of the labour market. Work under the above-mentioned contracts is often characterised by low pay, lack of opportunities for promotion and professional development, and can often lead to unemployment, inactivity and poverty. Particularly difficult is the saturation of people employed on the basis of civil-law contracts, which in the event of deterioration in saturation on the labour market are in the first place threatened with redundancies. They also have fewer rights than people employed on the basis of an employment contract, e.g. no right to paid annual leave, non-inclusion of a period of work in seniority and difficult access to training and professional qualification programmes. The project will implement the following actions: *identification of participants' needs and development of IPD - for 240 UP *individual psychological counselling - for 72 UP *individual occupational counselling - for 116 UP *training in the field of non-discrimination in the workplace - for 240 UP *training to improve qualifications/professional competences - for 240 UP *individual job placement - for 108 UP *Number of people who obtained qualifications after leaving the program - min. 85% i.e. 204 people The project will be preceded by an inf.-promotional action (within the intermediate sections), highlighting the benefits of participation in the project (according to the principle of equality K and M and equal opportunities and non-discrimination) - detailed description cf. Description of Recruitment. In the event of receiving a grant, the Beneficiary will comply with the Inf. and promotional obligations (including the Inf. of the public about the project co-financing by the EU) in accordance with the General Regulation.
