Implementation of e-services in MPEC Braniewo - stage II

The subject of the project will be the provision of new electronic services to stakeholders in the field of automation of settlement and handling of receivables, as well as various channels of electronic interaction between the Applicant and stakeholders. For this to be possible, it is necessary to automate the process of reading meters at regular and synchronized intervals. The project provides for the purchase of electronic devices and services: purchase, assembly, commissioning and implementation of telemetry modules, purchase and assembly of IT equipment (2 computer sets 1 server), telemetry surveillance system, expansion of the e-services portal with new e-services, project management, information and promotion activities. Main steps: submission of the application, signing of the contract, selection of the contractor, conclusion of the contract with the contractor, implementation of the works, final settlement of the project. The implementation of this project is the most appropriate and state-of-the-art possibility to eliminate the identified problems and serves to meet the needs of stakeholders. Telemetric meter control, enabling reading via radio and GSM networks and improving media billing, is an action aimed at implementing new e-services, thus increasing the supply of public electronically supplied services and making public sector information available on the network. It will also have an impact on reducing the costs of the Plant, and thus reducing fees for residents. The project is in line with the objectives set out in the ESFS Specific Objective ERDF.CP1.II - Reaping the benefits of digitalisation for citizens, businesses, research organisations and public institutions. The development of services provided by public institutions, including e.g. local government administration, is a challenge in the 2021-2027 programming period. It requires the creation and implementation of electronic tools that make it possible to computerise the flow of documents and data and to conduct administrative procedures via the Internet.
