The aim of the project is to: – providing expert support to the MA in preparing and carrying out the evaluation and using its results, – conducting an evaluation of the programme, priorities, activities, projects during and after the implementation of the FEWiM 2021-2027. The project will include evaluation studies carried out under the regional programme FEWiM 2021-2027. The project covers the year 2025. In 2025, the implementation of two studies started in 2024 will continue. These are: • Evaluation of the criteria and system for selecting projects under the 2021-2027 FEWiM, • Assessment of the matching of support for the integration of third-country nationals in the labour market under the 2021-2027 FEWiM to their needs and employers' expectations. In addition, three evaluation studies are planned (of which one is planned to be completed in 2025): • Evaluation of the impact of the implementation of the 2021-2027 FEWiM on selected long-term result indicators, • Evaluation on-going of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie 2030 socio-economic development strategy, • Impact of the 2021-2027 FEWiM on smart specialisations of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. In addition, the project included funds for ad hoc evaluations resulting from current needs in the implementation of the FEWiM 2021-2027. It is also planned to conduct a survey of opinions (barometers) in 2025 to assess the implementation of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie 2030 strategy. Socio-economic development strategy. In addition, the project includes funds for conducting studies, analyses and expert opinions, the subject of which will be identified ad hoc during 2025 and expert support services in the evaluation process of the FEWiM 2021-2027. The implementation of the project is necessary to improve the quality of programme design and implementation, in terms of one or more of the following criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value. Evaluations may also cover other relevant criteria, such as the level of social inclusion, non-discrimination and visibility, and may cover more than one programme (programmes of previous financial perspectives).
