The subject of the project is the implementation of tasks involving the creation of a system providing residents of the municipality of Kleszczewo with the possibility of using public services using a trusted profile and other forms of security. The material scope of the project consists of: 1. Implementation of the EZD system and the e-Office system, including: a) EZD system in the Kleszczewo Commune Office: • purchase of licences; • implementation of the system, including: implementation of the organizational structure; - introduction of users with permissions; - configuration of equipment; - integration with ePUAP; - integration with eSender; - integration with the PEF Electronic Invoicing Platform; - KSeF - National e-Invoice System - integration; - integration with the e-Delivery system; - integration with the provider of field systems enabling the automation of sending tax decisions; - launch of the Gońca functionality; integration with a Qualified Electronic Seal; - launching the KodakWebeZD application or equivalent; - launch of sample registers; - introduction of sample document templates; - implementation of invoice flow schemes; installation of the system in the resources of the Municipality; • support, update and hosting; b) EZD system in organizational units (Team of Schools in Kleszczewo, Team of Schools in Tulce, Municipal Centre of Culture and Sport in Kleszczewo, Social Welfare Centre in Kleszczewo): • purchase of licences; • implementation of the system, including: implementation of the organizational structure; - introduction of users with permissions; - configuration of equipment; - integration with ePUAP; - integration with eSender; - integration with a qualified seal; - integration with the e-Delivery system; - launch of sample registers; - introduction of sample document templates; - implementation of invoice flow schemes; - installation of the system in the resources of units; • support, update c) purchase of software to connect the EZD system to the domain systems; d) Information Security Management System: • purchase of licences; • implementation of the system, including: implementation of the organizational structure; - introduction of users with permissions; - mapping the structure of directories of documents consistent with management control in the following areas: internal environment, objectives and risk management, control mechanisms, information and communication, monitoring and evaluation; - integration with a qualified seal; - launch of sample registers; - launch of the self-assessment module; - launching a module for risk estimation and risk management; - launch of the audit module and corrective actions; - launch of the indicator module; - launching the report module; - introduction of sample document templates; - installation on the resources of the Municipal Office; - introducing documentation from the results of the ISMS audit and launching procedures in accordance with the Management Control in the system; e-Office system: • purchase of licences; • implementation of the system, including: - launch of the website; - integration with ePUAP; - launch of e-services, including templates in CRWDE; integration with the payment system; - installation in resources (data center); - commissioning of the necessary modules; - launch of a mobile application - integration of the portal with supporting (domain) systems to display local taxes and fees • support and update; • integration with the National Identity Node (login.gov.pl); the purchase of software to connect the eUrząd to domain-specific systems; g) programming work on the integration of EZD and eUrząd systems with domain-specific systems; h) purchase of additional e-service forms; i) purchase of equipment necessary for the implementation and operation of the EZD and eUrząd systems - workstation with monitor and scanner - 3 sets. 2. Training of system users - stationary training on the operation of the EZD system and the eUrząd system. 3. Development of a feasibility study of the project.
