The project assumes the introduction of a number of improvements at the Municipal Office in Turku. translate into the efficient provision of 13 e-services at level 5 of maturity in the ZIT OF Koła and Turku Cities Partnership through the implementation of the following tasks: 1. Purchase of 3 servers necessary to run and provide the introduced e-services, i.e.: a) physical server 1 (Windows operating system) - a server dedicated to support ZSI (back office) domain systems and to approve financial documents; b) physical server 2 - an application and service server launched for operation inside the Office's network; c) physical server 3 - server for communication with the outside world (server launched to support communication outside the Office's network) 2. Purchase of the necessary database software for the proper functioning of domain programming installed on physical servers; 3. Purchase of a license to launch e-services, i.e.: The task includes the purchase of a license to use the Software to run 13 e-services at maturity level 5, including: a) purchase of 8 licences for modernised Oprogr. modules according to the list in Annex 6 to the application: Dimensional Module, Municipal Waste Management, Transport Tax Module, Alcohol Concessions Module, Analytical Accounting Receivables - Accounting, Analytical Accounting Receivables - Debt Collection, Synthetic Accounting - Operated Modules, Fixed Assets; b) purchase of 5 licenses of new modules of the Software according to the list in Annex 6 to the application: Real estate, Synthetic Accounting – new modules, e-Portal, e-Services and Process Processing, Integration module. 4. Training for employees on implemented e-services, including: a) Training for employees on the use of modernized modules of the field system; Training for staff on the use of the new modules of the domain system; c) Training for employees on the operation of implemented e-services; 5. Launch and implementation of e-services, i.e. including: Parameterization and configuration of modernized and new Software and commissioning and implementation of the following 13 e-services: a) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości od osób fizycznych b) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości od osób prawnych c) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku rolnego od osób fizycznych d) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku rolnego od osób prawnych e) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku leśnego od osób fizycznych f) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku leśnego od osób prawnych g) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od środków transportowych h) Elektroniczna obsługa opłaty za sprzedaż napojów alkoholowych i) Elektroniczna obsługa zobowiązania z tytułu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi j) Elektroniczna obsługa wniosku o rozłożenie na raty k) Elektroniczna obsługa wniosku o odroczenie terminu płatności podatku lub zaległości podatkowej l) Elektroniczna obsługa wniosku oraz wydanie zaświadczenia o figurowaniu/niefigurowaniu w ewidencji podatników ł) Elektroniczna obsługa wniosku oraz wydanie zaświadczenia o niezaleg. w podatkach 6. Development of the Feasibility Study of the project - an element of the application documentation 7. Promotion of the project - as part of the promotion, the following are planned: information board and 3 notices: 1 in the press and 2 on web portals. The recipients of the project will be all residents of the Municipality of Turek and neighbouring municipalities located in the functional area of the cities of Koła and Turku, as well as institutions and entrepreneurs who have real estate or operate in the city of Turek. The project will be implemented by a team consisting of experienced employees of UM in Turku.
