Change of the course of the provincial road No. 197 Pawłowo Skockie - Kiszkowo with the construction of a bridge over the Mała Wełna river

The planned investment was located between the two towns of Pawłowo Skockie and Kiszkowo in the Gniezno district, in the municipality of Kiszkowo, in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship and will run on plots intended for communication and on private plots. The project consists in changing the course of the provincial road No. 197 along with the construction of a bridge over the Mała Wełna river. As part of the project, it is planned to rebuild and build the roadway of the provincial road No 197 and the roadway of the district road No 2393P with a bituminous surface, build the intersection of the provincial road No 197 with the district road No 2393P and build the intersection of the district road No 2393P with the municipal road No 284008P. Length of projected section DW 197: 0.457 km Length of the projected section DP 2393P: 0.133 km The voivodeship road with a bituminous surface with a width of 7.0 m was designed. In order to lead traffic on the voivodeship road in a smooth manner and emphasizing the subordination of roads of the lower category, the course of the new section of the voivodeship road was moved in a northerly direction to the current one. District road No. 2393P will be included in the new course of the provincial road by means of a canalized intersection. The district road with a bituminous surface with a width of 6.0 m was designed. From the district road No 2393P, a descent to the communal road No 284008P was provided. A bi-directional cycle path is planned along the new route of the provincial road and the district road towards Kiszków. In order to enable the involvement of users of bicycle traffic, the surface of the bicycle path was linked to the road surface of the provincial road at the end of the study. At the intersection with the Mała Wełna river, between two horizontal arches, a bridge facility was designed in a location that does not collide with the existing facility. The planned investment includes: - budowę skrzyżowania drogi wojewódzkiej nr 197 z drogą powiatową nr 2393P, - budowę skrzyżowania drogi powiatowej nr 2393P z drogą gminną 284008P, - budowę wyspy segregacyjnej, - budowę zjazdów indywidualnych, - budowę dwukierunkowej ścieżki rowerowej wzdłuż drogi powiatowej i drogi wojewódzkiej w kierunku Kiszkowa, - demontaż mostu istniejącego i budowę nowego mostu nad rzeką Mała Wełna, - budowa kanalizacji kablowej teletechnicznej pod docelową sieć teleinformatyczną, - budowę kanału technologicznego, - wycinkę i nasadzenia drzew i krzewów, - budowę poboczy gruntowych, - budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, - budowę przystanku autobusowego wraz peronem, - budowę skarp z humusowaniem i odsianiem trawą, - umocnienie skarp i dna rowów, - budowę i przebudowę przepustów pod drogami i zjazdami, - przebudowę i/lub zabezpieczenie kolidujących urządzeń infrastruktury technicznej, - budowę elementów bezpieczeństwa ruchu, - budowę elementów odwodnieniowych, - roboty rozbiórkowe. On the entire length of the planned section of the provincial road, the width of the lane is 3.5m. Load capacity 115 kN/axle. Rainwater and meltwater will be drained surfaceally through drops to road inlets and to roadside drainage ditches. It is designed to make a 1-span bridge over the rz. Small Wool with vaulted construction made of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The foundation of reinforced concrete, arched elements on monolithic reinforced concrete foundations. An object with an arched vault shape, single-span, is planned. The solutions proposed in the project significantly improve the geometry of the road and increase the safety of traffic users. The planned investment within DW 197 is economically justified and necessary for road safety reasons. Project outputs: Length of provincial roads built: 0,457 km/year 2026.
