The investment is located in the Wielkopolskie voivodship, in the Pleszewski district, in the Gizałki commune, in the towns of Gizałki, Wronów and Toporów. The investment in question runs along provincial road No 443 and covers a section of 4.8 km - from km 21+353 to km 26+153. As part of the road extension, a provincial road road with bituminous surface was designed, the construction and reconstruction of intersections, the construction and reconstruction of individual and public exits, and the construction of a pavement with a surface of concrete paving stones. Dehydration will be carried out by means of drainage ditches and rainwater drainage. The planned investment includes, among others: - construction and reconstruction of the surface of provincial road No 443, - construction and reconstruction of the surface of district and municipal roads, - construction and reconstruction of intersections with the existing road network, - construction and reconstruction of public and individual exits, - construction of culverts - 1 pcs. of box section, 3 pcs. of circular cross-section, - construction of pavements, - construction of ground roadsides, - construction and reconstruction of bus bays, - construction and reconstruction of roadside ditches, - reconstruction and/or protection of conflicting technical infrastructure equipment, - construction of traffic safety elements, including islands at the entrance and exit of the crows, - construction of rainwater drainage, - construction of road lighting, - felling of trees and shrubs, - greenery device, - performance of horizontal and vertical marking, - demolition works. The area of the investment is located outside the boundaries of protected areas, therefore the implementation of the extension will not have a direct impact on the forms of nature protection. Due to the fact that the project will be carried out in the footsteps of an existing road, no indirect impact on these areas is also expected, as the extension of the road will not create a new barrier to animal migration. There will also be no significant reduction in the area of agricultural crops or forests, therefore there will be no reduction in potential bird feeding areas that may be the subject of protection of surrounding Natura 2000 areas. The planned extension of the road will improve transport conditions and, through the segregation of car and pedestrian traffic, will contribute to increasing traffic safety on this section. Rainwater from the scope of the planned road investment will be drained using a sewage system and ducts and roadside ditches to existing receivers. The solutions proposed in the project significantly improve the geometry of the road and increase the safety of traffic users. The planned investment within DW 443 is economically justified and necessary for road safety reasons. Project outputs: Length of upgraded or reconstructed provincial roads: 4,800 km/year 2027. Number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities (ERDF/CF/JTF): 0 pcs. /year 2027 Construction and reconstruction of engineering structures located on provincial roads: 4 pcs/year 2027
