The subject of the project is the construction of a new section of the provincial road No. 305 (bypass) in Nowy Tomyśl, connecting ul. Customs (western entrance to the city from the direction of the A2 motorway) from ul. By rail (southern entrance to the city from the direction of Wolsztyn) bypassing the built-up areas of the village. During the section of the road in question, the construction of a road viaduct over the main railway line No 3 of the Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice route was designed. The implementation of the task is aimed at improving safety conditions for all traffic participants and improving car transport both local traffic inside the city and transit traffic by moving transit traffic (primarily heavy) outside built-up areas, bypassing the very heavy railway crossing within ul. The railroad. As part of the project, it is planned, among others: - construction of a new section of provincial road No. 305 (c. G) - bypassing the centre of Nowy Tomyśl, with a length of 2,183 km, - redevelopment of provincial road No 305 (ul. Customs) – L 0.160 km, - construction of a three-inlet roundabout at the intersection of the existing ul. Customs (existing provincial road No. 305, class. G) with a new section of provincial road No. 305, - construction of a canalized four-inlet intersection at the intersection of the existing municipal road No. 376679P (ul. Craftsmanship, class. L) with a new section of provincial road No. 305, - construction of road signalling at the intersection of the existing municipal road No. 376679P (ul. Craftsmanship) with a new section of provincial road No. 305, - construction of a junction of the five-inlet roundabout type at the intersection of the existing ul. Customs (existing provincial road No. 305, class. G) z nowym odcinkiem drogi wojewódzkiej nr 305, - budowę wiaduktu drogowego nad istniejącą linią kolejową nr 3 (linia dwutorowa, zelektryfikowana relacji Warszawa Zachodnia – Kunowice), - budowę dodatkowych jezdni do obsługi terenów przyległych wraz z mijankami i polami do zawracania, - budowę ścieków ulicznych, - budowę zatok autobusowych, - budowę ścieżek pieszo-rowerowych - budowę drogi dla rowerów, - budowę chodników, - budowę zjazdu indywidualnego dla obsługi technicznej wiaduktu drogowego, - budowę zjazdów publicznych i indywidualnych, - likwidację istniejącego naturalnego zbiornika wodnego wraz z jego odtworzeniem w nowej lokalizacji, - przebudowę, zmniejszenie istniejącego sztucznego zbiornika wodnego, - budowę odcinków ekranów akustycznych, - budowę odwodnienia odcinka nowego przebiegu drogi wojewódzkiej w postaci wpustów, przykanalików, kanalizacji deszczowej wraz z wylotami kanalizacji do projektowanych rowów drogowych, - budowę rowów drogowych, infiltracyjnych i infiltracyjno-prowadzących, trawiastych, - budowę2 przepustów oraz przebudowę 1 istniejącego, - rozbudowę (wydłużenie) istniejącego przepustu z blachy falistej w ciągu istniejącego przebiegu drogi wojewódzkiej nr 305 (ul. The solutions proposed in the project will relieve Nowy Tomyśl from trans-local traffic and increase the safety of traffic users.
