The investment is located in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship, in the district of Chodzież, in the commune of Chodzież and Szamocin, in the towns of Konstantynowo, Zacharzyn and Strzelczyki. The investment in question runs along provincial road No 191 and covers a section of 2.64 km from approx. 4+076 to km approx. 6+716 (local mileage: from km 0+000 to km 2+640). The planned investment includes, among others: - construction and reconstruction of the surface of provincial road No 191, - reconstruction of technical infrastructure equipment interfering with the scope of expansion, - construction of rainwater sewerage and drainage ditches, - construction of traffic lights induced at the pedestrian crossing, within the church and the access to the school, - construction of lighting for pedestrian crossings, - construction of curbstones, edge sewage, - execution of extensions and new roadway construction, - execution of reinforcement of the existing roadway structure, - reconstruction of bus bays, - reconstruction and construction of exits, - construction and reconstruction of pavements, - finishing works, including husking with grass mixtures, - execution of horizontal and vertical markings. - demolition works. To provide access to adjacent plots within the designed ditches, Ø0.6m diameter concrete culverts with concrete prefabricated front walls have been designed. Designed culverts from prefabricated reinforced concrete circles diameter Ø60 with inlets and outlets in the form of a reinforced concrete front wall with a thickness of 0.25m located parallel to the road axis with perpendicular inlet wings: - P1 in km 0+171.48, - P2 in km 0+063.46, - P3 in km 0+154.15, - P4 in km 0+186.68. The planned extension of the road will improve transport conditions and, through the segregation of car and pedestrian traffic, will contribute to increasing traffic safety on this section. In environmental terms, the investment will contribute to reducing emissions of pollutants introduced into the air, improving acoustic conditions as well as improving the condition of the ground and water environment and improving the rainwater drainage system. The project will be implemented outside the borders and the immediate vicinity of the Wielkopolska Natura 2000 sites. The investment does not disturb the continuity of natural habitats, it preserves biodiversity in the area of its location. There will be no disappearance of rare plant and animal species or weakening of the existing ecosystem. The investment complies with environmental standards in terms of: minimising emissions of pollutants into the environment and reducing noise levels, taking into account environmental requirements. The area on which the road extension is planned is located outside the area of conservation protection and archaeological observation.
