The investment is located in the Wielkopolskie voivodship, in the Pleszewski district, in the Gizałki commune, in the towns of Gizałki and Nowa Wieś. The investment in question runs along provincial road No 443 and includes a section of 1,100 km along with the reconstruction of the bridge over the row. She's a prosna. As part of the road extension, the provincial road road with bituminous surface was designed, construction and reconstruction of intersections including the construction of a roundabout with DW 442, construction and reconstruction of individual and public exits, construction of a two-way bicycle path with pedestrian traffic permit, construction of a pavement with a surface of concrete paving stones. In addition, the investment involves the reconstruction of the bridge over the Prosna River and the P1 culvert under the planned road. For the duration of works in the area of the bridge, it is assumed that vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be maintained in the area of construction works. In connection with the above, on the northern side of the existing I demolished bridge facility (from the lower water side), commuting and a temporary facility are designed. Access to the temporary facility will be carried out using temporary embankments with roadway and pavement. The planned investment includes, among others: - construction and reconstruction of the surface of provincial roads Nos 442 and 443 - construction and reconstruction of the surface of district and municipal roads, - construction and reconstruction of intersections with the existing road network, - construction and reconstruction of public and individual exits, - construction of pavements, - construction of a two-way bicycle path with pedestrian traffic, - construction of ground roadsides, - construction and reconstruction of roadside trenches, - demolition and construction of a new bridge over the r. Prosna, - construction of a temporary detour with a bridge facility, - construction of a P1 culvert, - reconstruction and/or protection of conflicting technical infrastructure devices, - construction of traffic safety elements, - construction of rainwater sewage system, - construction of road lighting, - felling of trees and shrubs, - greenery device, - execution of horizontal and vertical markings, - demolition works. Rainwater from the scope of the planned road investment will be drained using a sewage system and sewers and roadside ditches to existing receivers such as the Prosna River and drainage ditches. The planned extension of the road will improve traffic conditions and, through the segregation of car and pedestrian traffic, will contribute to increasing traffic safety on this section. The solutions proposed in the project significantly improve the geometry of the road and increase the safety of traffic users. The planned investment within DW 443 is economically justified and necessary for road safety reasons. Project outputs: Length of upgraded or reconstructed provincial roads: 1,100 km/year 2026. Number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities (ERDF/CF/JTF): 1 pc(s) /year 2026 Construction and reconstruction of engineering structures located on provincial roads: 2 pcs/year 2026.
