Extension of the provincial road No 190 on the section from the intersection with the provincial road No 188 in Krajenka to the intersection with the national road No 10 - stage I section Podróżna-Bądecz

The investment is located in the Wielkopolskie voivodship, in the district of Złotywskie, in the municipality of Krajenka, the village of Podróżna and in the district of Pila, the municipality of Wysoka, the village of Bądecz. The subject of the investment is the extension of the provincial road No 190 on the section Travelna-Bądecz from km 7+540 to km 11+800. The investment starts before Ms Podróżna and ends with Ms Bądecz (change of route). The extension of the provincial road No. 190 was designed in a way that ensures optimal use of the available road lane and in a way that minimizes the purchase of private land while ensuring the greatest possible fluidity and traffic safety. The planned investment includes, among others: - modification of the geometrical layout of the existing roadway, - construction and reconstruction of the road body, - reinforcement of the ground floor, - replacement of weak-bearing land, - reinforcement of the road surface structure, - extension of the roadway to 7,00m, - construction of roadsides with a width of 1,5m, - reconstruction and extension of existing public roads in the scope of intersections, - construction and reconstruction of pavements, - construction and reconstruction of bus bays, - construction of traffic calming devices, - reconstruction and reconstruction of existing public exits, - reconstruction and reconstruction of existing individual exits, - construction and reconstruction of existing road trenches, - construction and reconstruction of culverts under roads - 2 pieces, - reconstruction of conflicting elements of existing infrastructure, - greenery device. The planned extension of the road will improve transport conditions and, through the segregation of car and pedestrian traffic, will contribute to increasing traffic safety on this section. The drainage of the extended section of provincial road No 190 is carried out surfaceally by means of lateral and longitudinal inclinations of the road to the designed drainage system of the provincial road. The project includes the detailed development of a drainage system implemented through grass ditches, covered ditches, culverts under the provincial road, culverts under the slopes, sewage and rainwater sewerage. A rainwater drainage system has been designed in the area of m. Podróżna. Rainwater collected from roads will be discharged into designed road ditches, evaporation ditches - absorbent, evaporation-absorbent retention tanks or existing watercourses. In km ok. 11+000 was designed absorbent - evaporative tank. On the sections running through the village, a rain sewage system has been designed, from which the collected rainwater will be discharged into the designed road ditches. On most of the extended section, trapezoidal evaporative-absorbent trenches with a bottom width of min. 0.4 m and slope slope 1:1.5 are used. In environmental terms, the investment will contribute to reducing emissions of pollutants introduced into the air, improving acoustic conditions as well as improving the condition of the ground and water environment and improving the rainwater drainage system. The project will be implemented outside the borders and the immediate vicinity of the Wielkopolska Natura 2000 sites. The investment does not disturb the continuity of natural habitats, it preserves biodiversity in the area of its location. There will be no disappearance of rare plant and animal species or weakening of the existing ecosystem. The investment complies with environmental standards in terms of: minimising emissions of pollutants into the environment and reducing noise levels, taking into account environmental requirements. Project outputs: Length of upgraded or reconstructed provincial roads: 4,260 km/year 2026 Number of projects financing reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities (ERDF/CF/JTF): 0 pcs. /year 2026 Construction and reconstruction of engineering structures located in provincial roads:2 pcs./year 2026 Number of investments improving road safety 1 pcs./year 2026
