Extension of provincial road No 116 Nojewo - Podpniewki on the section from Nojewo to the intersection with provincial road No 187

The planned project consists in the extension of provincial road No 116 Nojewo - Podpniewki on the section from Nojewo to the intersection with provincial road No 187. It will be implemented in the wake of the existing provincial road No. 116. On the entire section, the existing roadway is characterized by a road section with a bituminous surface with a width of 6.0 m and a double-sided ground side with a variable width (approx. 1,3 - 2,0 m). After the reconstruction, the width of the roadway will increase to 7.0 m. Road drainage ditches are also located next to the roadway. On the above section there are eleven culverts under the road. The scope of work will include a section of road with a length of approx. 8,072 km. The area of the project in question does not cross the areas for which local spatial development plans have been adopted. The section in question runs mainly through agricultural fields, forests, Nojewo and areas of loose housing and economic development. At the end of the study, the road is included by means of a crossroads in the provincial road No. 187. At the junction, a roundabout with an external diameter of 45 m will be built. After the implementation of the investment in question, the load capacity of the road to KR4 will be increased. As part of the construction works, among others: - construction and reconstruction of the surface of the provincial road, - construction and reconstruction of intersections with the existing road network, - construction and reconstruction of individual congresses, - construction and reconstruction of public congresses, - construction of bus bays, - construction of pavements (on selected sections), - construction of bicycle paths (on selected sections), - construction of ground roadsides, - construction of slopes with husking and grass sifting, - construction of retaining walls, - construction and reconstruction of roadside trenches, - construction and reconstruction of culverts under roads, - construction and reconstruction of slopes under congresses, - reconstruction and/or protection of conflicting technical infrastructure facilities, - construction of traffic safety elements, - construction of rainwater drainage systems, - construction of road lighting, - construction of acoustic screens, - felling of trees and shrubs, - greenery installation, - demolition works. The road after extension will be characterized by technical class G. From the beginning of the development to km 0+550, rainwater will be discharged from the road surface by means of longitudinal and transverse slopes to the designed drains and by means of rainwater drainage to road ditches. Then from km about 0+550 to km about 0+764 rainwater will be discharged from the road surface using longitudinal and transverse slopes to the designed drains and through ducts to the road ditch located on the other side of the road. On the section from km about 0+764 to km about 1+790 rainwater will be discharged from the road surface using longitudinal and transverse slopes to the designed road ditches. On the section from km about 1+790 to km about 2+210 rainwater will be discharged from the road surface by means of longitudinal and transverse slopes to drains with ducts to the ditch and drainage ditches and partly by means of rainwater sewerage to road ditches. On the section from km about 2+210 until the end of the development, rainwater will be drained by means of longitudinal and transverse drops to the designed drainage ditches. In the places of the designed bus bays, it is assumed to drain the drains with ducts into road ditches. The solutions proposed in the project significantly improve the geometry of the road and increase the safety of traffic users. The planned investment within DW 116 is economically justified and necessary for road safety reasons. Project outputs: Length of upgraded or reconstructed provincial roads: 8,072 km/year 2026. Number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities (ERDF/CF/JTF): 1 pc(s) /year 2026 Construction and reconstruction of engineering structures located in voivodship roadways
