Extension of provincial road No 432 from Wielkopolska Wednesday to Ruszkowo

The investment is located in the Wielkopolska Region in the district of Średzkie in the municipality of Środa Wielkopolska. As part of the investment, the section of the provincial doctor No 432 will be extended from km 66+895.00 to km 68+817.47 and from km 69+081.22 to km 70+693.12 (the exemption is located within the planned roundabout included in the development of the eastern ring road of Środa Wielkopolska). As part of the investment, the following scope of construction works is envisaged: - demolition of elements of roads and streets, - felling of trees and shrubs colliding with the designed road system, - reconstruction or protection of technical infrastructure equipment colliding with the road system, - construction of a new surface structure of provincial road No. 432, - construction of roadsides fortified with aggregate and ground roadsides, - reconstruction and construction of road ditches, - reconstruction and construction of street lighting, - construction of bus bays, - construction of a rondo intersection on the connection of provincial road 432 with the municipal road 560055P (ul. Aviation), - construction and reconstruction of pavements and pedestrian-bike paths, - construction and reconstruction of slopes, - construction of rainwater drainage sections, - execution of vertical and horizontal markings. The following engineering structures shall be designed: - P-1 pass – km 68+329,86, The supporting structure of the designed pass is a structure made of high-density HDPE polyethylene or GPR duroplasts with an internal diameter of 1200 mm (SN8; Fr. And according to Acts. U. No 63). Reinforced concrete front walls of thickness were designed at the inlet and outlet. 30cm parallel to the road axis DW432. The length of the culvert structure is 1950 cm (bottom). The surface drainage of the roadway has been designed in accordance with the pavement drops on the roadway. Water from the roadway is discharged in accordance with transverse and longitudinal ditches into the road ditch. - P-2 pass – km 69+437.00, The supporting structure of the designed pass is a structure made of high-density HDPE polyethylene or GPR duroplasts with an internal diameter of 800 mm (SN8; Class I according to the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland U. No 63). The length of the culvert structure is 2560 cm (bottom). The surface drainage of the roadway has been designed in accordance with the pavement drops on the roadway. Water from the roadway is discharged in accordance with transverse and longitudinal ditches into the road ditch. - Pass P-3 – km 69+688,52. The supporting structure of the designed culvert is a structure made of high-density HDPE polyethylene or GPR duroplasts with an internal diameter of 1200 mm (SN8; Class I according to the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland U. No 63). The length of the culvert structure is 2145 cm (bottom). The surface drainage of the roadway has been designed in accordance with the pavement drops on the roadway. Water from the roadway is discharged in accordance with transverse and longitudinal ditches into the road ditch. The area of the investment is located outside the boundaries of protected areas, therefore the implementation of the extension will not have a direct impact on the forms of nature protection. Due to the fact that the project will be carried out in the footsteps of an existing road, no indirect impact on these areas is also expected, as the extension of the road will not create a new barrier to animal migration. The planned extension of the road will improve transport conditions and, through the segregation of car and pedestrian traffic, will contribute to increasing traffic safety on this section. The planned investment within DW 432 is economically justified and necessary for road safety reasons. Project outputs: Length of upgraded or reconstructed provincial roads: 3.530 km/year 2026 Number of projects financing reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities (ERDF/CF/JTF): 0 pcs. /year 2026 Construction and reconstruction of engineering structures located on provincial roads: 3 pcs/year 2026 Supported cycling infrastructure 3,060 km/year 2026 Number of investments improving road safety 1 pcs/year 2026
