The project will implement a project aimed at supporting gender-balanced participation in the labour market in the Kalisz subregion through the implementation of comprehensive activities in the period from XI.2024 to V.2026 (including the diagnosis of needs and the creation of IPD, equality training, social workshops, individual motivational support, digital training, vocational training, ABC entrepreneurship training, vocational internships, job placement) for 64 women and 12 recipients supporting equal genders, from the districts of the Kalisz subregion (PK) in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship (WWW). The implementation of the project will increase the chances of K for the Republic of Poland in the Kalisz subregion, equal working conditions, reconciliation of work and private life, including through access to affordable care for children and people in need of support in everyday functioning. The target group of the project are 64 women (36 unemployed women and 28 working women) and 12 recipients of actions supporting gender equality (including: representatives of institutions/organisations/business entities (6 women and 6 men), over the age of 18, who study, work or reside in the area of the Kalisz subregion of the Wielkopolskie voivodship within the meaning of the Civil Code, while in the case of homeless people, they reside in this area, and in the case of other entities they have an organisational unit in the area of the Kalisz subregion of the Wielkopolskie voivodship. The target group of at least 50% will be people from rural areas. Tasks carried out in the project: carrying out a needs diagnosis and setting up an IPD, equality training for women, equality training for women, equality training for recipients supporting gender equality, social workshops, equality coaching, digital training, vocational training, ABC training for entrepreneurship, work placements, job placement. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to benefit from reimbursement of travel costs and reimbursement of the costs of caring for children up to 7 years and dependents.
