Development services for employees and employers of the Leszno subregion

Project deadline: 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2028 Main objective: by the end of 12/2028, at least 3920 (2000K, 1920M) out of 4355 (2221K, 2134M) employees from 1450 entities (companies or other employers, including owners and managers) with an organisational unit in the Leszno subregion in the Wielkopolskie Province, will increase their competences/qualifications in accordance with the needs of employers at least 1450 entrepreneurs and other employers (including owners and managers), including those undergoing adaptation, modernization and restructuring processes, having an organizational unit in the Leszno subregion (powiats: Gostyński, Grodziski, Kościański, Leszczyński, Międzychodzki, Nowotomyski, Rawicki, Wolsztyński and Leszno) in Wielkopolskie Province and at least 4355 of their employees (2221K, 2134M), including: • min. 4255 employees (2171K, 2084M) from 1418 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including cooperatives and cooperative enterprises) – hereinafter SMEs By the end of 12.2024, support will be provided to min. 425 employees from min. 142 SMEs DIAGNOZA SYT. PROBL. and ANALYSIS AND GD SELECTION based on: 1) regional data for Wielkopolskie Province [WLKP], including the Leszno sub-reg. [PLs] and reports: • Central Statistical Office (BDL, LFS 2021-2022) • Remuneration in Wielkopolskie Voivodship WLKP in 2021 (Sedlak&Sedlak) • Learning of adult Poles, IBE 2023 2) OWN PARTNER STUDY [ADN] – on 10-21.07.2023: • OBJECTIVES: identify the needs of employers from PLs in terms of improving the competencies of their employees, demand for UR, interest in project, • METHOD: Indyw. telef. questionnaire interviews (CATI) • TOOL: survey (15 questions, including 3 metrics about the seat, the status of the employer, the size - if any) • SAMPLE: representative, random-amount from the ADN databases [managing staff (134K and 186M) of employers from PLs]; Analysis of 320 surveys: 312 SME representatives (298 micro, 10 small, 3 medium), 3 large forewords and 6 other employers from PLs DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WW ANALYSIS RESULTS => points 3.4.2 and 3.4.3 GD estimated on the basis of the indicator established in the ERDF 2021-2027 and the Rules of the competition, and the structure - according to the structure of employees in PLs based on gender, place of work Implementation and settlement of development services that will enable the improvement of professional competences/qualifications of Wielkopolska employers and their employees in accordance with their needs, such as: a) development services, inter alia, in the field of enterprise activity, improvement of management quality, use of new technologies, including in connection with low/zero emission or GOZ diversity and age management, development of enterprises in regional smart specialization areas, b) development of skills/competences/qualifications of people working in enterprises and with other employers, retraining opportunities, including the use of training services tailored to the needs of the employer, as well as the possibility of gaining market qualifications of the Integrated Qualifications System and confirming learning outcomes through validation. Effects of the intervention: Number of persons who obtained a qualification after leaving the programme – 3920 pers. (2000 K, 1920 M)
