The main objective of the project is to increase the quality of inclusive education in the Kleszczewo Commune by supporting the Wielkopolska Insurgents Primary School in Tulce and employing 2 additional co-organising teachers; offering additional, compensatory and equalizing activities for 35 children (14K, 21M) with special educational needs, including 4 OzN (2K, 2M); professional development of 4 teachers (7K) and purchase of equipment and teaching aids in the period 01.11.2024 – 30.04.2027. The place of implementation is the Wielkopolskie Insurgents’ Association in Tulce, which is part of the School Complex in Tulce, for which the applicant – the Municipality of Kleszczewo – is the lead authority. The project is implemented in rural areas on the basis of - classification of municipalities according to DEGURBA 3. The following tasks are planned in the project, which will allow to achieve the expected results: - Task 1: Improving the competences of staff in SP in Tulce (01.11.2024 – 30.04.2027) - Task 2: Activities conducive to the participation of pupils with special development and educational needs in the SP in Tulce (01.11.2024 – 30.04.2027) - Task 3: Organisation of specialist classes for pupils in the school environment in SP Tulce (01.11.2024 – 30.04.2027) The objective of the project, its scope (the above-mentioned tasks) and the target group were formulated on the basis of the Diagnosis of Needs, which was carried out by W-ca in February 2024. The planned actions will allow to achieve the following indicators: - Number of representatives of school staff and educational establishments qualified after leaving the programme – 4 (4K); - Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported: 4 (4K); - Number of children/pupils with special developmental and educational needs supported: 35 (14K); - Number of schools and educational establishments supported: 1. The project is not implemented in partnership. The application was drafted in Polish. The expenditure to be incurred in the application is and will not be financed from other public sources. The value of the Project exceeds the equivalent of 200 thousand PLN. EUR, therefore the application is settled on the basis of actual expenditure incurred. The beneficiary shall contribute the value of its own contribution specified in the Rules for the selection of projects (10%, i.e. PLN 101 221.52). The project expenditure is not co-financed from other public sources. The project is addressed to target groups from the area of Wielkopolska Voivodship (in the case of individuals - they study, work/work or live in the area of Eastern Wielkopolska within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, while in the case of homeless people, they stay in this area, and in the case of entities - they have an organizational unit in the area of Wielkopolska. The project assumes the improvement of competences or qualifications of school and educational system staff in the area of inclusive education. The proposal complies with the minimum standard for the implementation of the principle of equality between women and men and will have a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. The project is in line with the principle of sustainable development Applicant, the developer does not carry out discriminatory activities. Sanctions that apply to entities that directly or indirectly support the war activities of the Russian Federation or are responsible for them do not apply to the Applicant and their affiliated entities. The applicant is entitled to apply for support under the call. The project is in line with the scope of intervention provided for in the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme. The support planned under the Project does not duplicate the activities carried out under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
