PERIOD OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: 01.10.2024-31.12.2028 PROJECT MAIN OBJECTIVE: 70% of 2942 people acquired skills/competences/qualifications in the period 01.10.2024-31.12.2028 through participation in development services under the PFS in connection with changes in the economy resulting from, among others: the development of technology, the green and digital transitions and new labour market needs requiring continuous upgrading of skills, competences or qualifications. DOCUMENT GROUP (GD): 2942 (1619K ) adults from the subregion of the city of Poznań (in the case of physical persons - they learn, work or reside in the area of the city of Poznań within the meaning of the provisions of the CC, while in the case of homeless people, they reside in this area), who on their own initiative want to acquire skills/competences/qualifications specified in the Integrated Qualifications System in connection with changes in the economy resulting from, among others: the development of technology, the green and digital transitions and new labour market needs requiring continuous upgrading of skills, competences or qualifications. TASKS:Delivery of the development service MAIN INDICATORS: -Number of adults covered by development services-2942 -Number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme-2060 Situation of GD in the subregion of the city of Poznań (according to BDL GUS-update 05.2023, statistics WUP Poznań-01.2024, District Disability Resolution Team,12.2022): -541 316- inhabitants in total , of which 53% are K, 30% of people aged 50+,6,6% OzN - 114 K per 100 M, -60% of the population in the city of Poznań are of working age, -unemployment register. 3769 people, including 29% of people aged 50+,52% K - the difference between the employment rate of disabled and OzN is as much as 52 pp Description to point 3.4.2 The results translate into the indicators indicated in point IV. The indicator The number of people who obtained qualifications after leaving the program (persons) also includes people who, as a result of the project, have acquired competences according to Stage IV. Stage II - the standard (standard of requirements) necessary to carry out the validation of competences will be available on the project website and in the document which is the Regulations for recruitment and participation. With regard to criterion No 18, the Beneficiary declares that it ensures that there is no double financing of the support implemented in the project with the actions implemented in: a) RRP (for investment 4.4.1 remote work); b) FERS (for green competences, including those necessary to work in the green economy and diversity/age management); c) FEW (ref. Activities FEWP.10.01 Labour market, education and active society supporting the transformation of the economy, project type: Lifelong learning – Development Services Database).
