As part of the project, a project will be implemented which aims to: Improvement of skills, competences or acquisition of qualifications among 2800 out of 3500 (1820K/1680M) adults (over 18 years of age) from the Kalisz subregion in the Wielkopolskie voivodship, who on their own initiative want to improve their skills/competences or acquire qualifications through the implementation of additional support and participation in development services implemented under the subjective financing system through the Development Services Database in the period X.2024-XII.2028. The realization of the project will affect the realization of the goal of szcz. ESF+.CP4.G: Support lifelong learning, in particular flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all, taking into account entrepreneurial and digital skills, better anticipating change and new skills needs based on labour market needs, facilitating career transitions and supporting professional mobility. Acquiring new skills/competences or obtaining qualifications confirmed by the doc. will have a positive impact on the social and professional situation of the target group from the area of the Kalisz subregion. Deadline for completion: X.2024-XII.2028 The target group (GD) of the project is 3500 adults (1820K/1680M), over 18 years of age, studying, working or residing in the area of the Kalisz subregion (i.e. the Jarociński, Kalisz, Kępiński, Krotoszyński, Ostrowski, Ostrów, Strzelszowski, Pleszewski, m. Kalisz-hereinafter PK) in the Greater Poland Voivodeship (WWW) within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code (CC), while in the case of homeless people residing in this area who want to acquire or improve skills/competences or retrain themselves. The project does not provide for the participation of other entities, Potential Participants are not allowed to conduct business activity. The draft provides for preferences for: (a)people from disadvantaged groups: persons 50+, persons with disabilities (PWD) - as defined in the definition of access credentials No. 4. - group a b) development services, which lead to the acquisition of qualifications referred to in Article 2(8) of the Act of 22 December 2015 on the Integrated Qualifications System, registered in the Integrated Qualifications Register and having a qualification code (persons who will use this type of services) - group b c) persons residing in areas at risk of permanent marginalisation - according to the list of areas indicated in Annex 3 to the CPR (Czajków, Rychtal) - group c W/w persons will constitute at least 12% of the GD, i.e. 420 people and will receive the opportunity to co-finance up to 90% of the costs of development services (UR) - hereinafter referred to as a/b/c Support is addressed to adults who, on their own initiative, want to improve their skills/competences or acquire qualifications specified in the Integrated Qualifications System due to changes in the economy resulting from, among others: the development of technology, the green and digital transitions and new labour market needs requiring continuous upgrading of skills, competences or qualifications. An adult is a person over 18 years of age. The age of the participants is determined on the basis of the date of birth and determined on the day of the beginning of participation in the project, i.e. the beginning of the participation of a given person in URj.
