The project will be implemented by an accredited OWES (Decision No 19/2023 of 14.04.2023; period: from 01.07.2023 for 24 months) - partnership between the Barka Foundation and the City of Poznań in the Poznań subregion /SP/: Poznań, Poznań, Obornice, Szamotulski, Średzki and Śrem districts. The project is addressed to non-working people at risk of social exclusion, natural and legal persons planning to establish a social economy entity (PES) and to PES, their management and employees. Main objective of the project: By 12.2028, there will be an increase in the importance of ES in the socio-economic development of 30 SP self-government communities in terms of activating 500 people at risk of social exclusion, strengthening 140 PES, including improving their condition and competitiveness, ability to provide social services and creating new jobs. Scheduled tasks: 1) Reintegration services (F. Barka): - support from specialists in reintegration, including in the development and implementation of Individual Reintegration Plans /IPR/, - co-financing the implementation of the IPR, - 3 months internships for OW in social economy entities /PES/ and social enterprises /PS/ (60 months of internship, internship scholarship), - group meetings for leaders of PES and PS employing addicts and people with mental disorders (10 meetings), - specialist counselling for OW, in particular in the field of debts (220h). 2) Animation and cooperation (F. Barka): - educational and workshop-advisory meetings in Local Partnerships (a.k.a. 10 meetings per month), - study visits to PES and PS (11 visits), - networking meetings PL, PES, PR and pitching sessions / cooperation of PES and PS with business / (15 meetings / sessions), - ES education in SP schools outside Poznań (30 meetings), - mobile stand ES - presentation of ES at district and municipal events, competitions for ES (for the stand purchase of products from PES and PS - PLN 5,000 per year) - educational workshops conducted by PES (15 workshops). 3) Increasing the visibility of ES and the order market for PES in Poznań (Poznań City): - study visits to PES (9 visits), - implementation of ES classes in Poznań schools (39 schools - schools may repeat themselves). - networking meetings/workshops building cross-sectoral partnership for ES in Poznań (40 meetings), - fairs/social fairs PES in Poznań (5 editions), - brochures on ES (1 brochure per year), - Workshop ES "nice things" - organization of meetings, events, workshops, presentation of PES and PS products, www, fb. 4) Advice for PES and PS (F. Barka): - general and business consulting for initiative groups, PES and PS, - consulting and specialist services for PES and PS (1840h), - support for tutors/mentors for PES and PS (150h), - service packages for PES and PS (40 PES x an average of PLN 4000) 5) Training for PES and PS (F. Barka): - 5-day training on setting up and running PES and PS (8th edition), - training for existing PES, PS and PR (38 training days, 8h/day), - vocational courses for PES and PS employees (60 courses), - reimbursement of care costs for dependent persons and travel costs for training. 6) Financial support service (F. Barka): - call for applications for financial support (4 editions in 2024-2027), - Commission for the Evaluation of Applications, - contracts for financial support, - monitoring and control of the creation and maintenance of jobs that were created in the FVC with financial support. 7) Tasks 7-10 - Creation of jobs in FVCs in individual years (2024-2027) (F. Barka): - unit rates for the creation and maintenance of jobs in the PS for the GB.
