The Wielkopolska Centre for Social Economy project will be implemented in the Konin subregion from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2028. The applicant plans to support from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2028 also representatives of target groups outside the Konin subr. - in the Wielkopolska region. (max. 20% of the value of P., each information to the OWES from the sub-reg. from which the participant comes). The main objective of the project is to support the development of the social economy sector in Konin subr. from 01.07.2023 to 31.12.2028, by creating and maintaining 237 jobs in social enterprises (PS) for persons referred to in Article 2(6) of the Social Economy Act of the year, improving the situation on the market and access to development services 130 social economy entities (PES) from subreg. kon. (including 13 PES until 31.12.2024) and 15 non-PES, as well as: a) financial support for the creation and removal of jobs in FVCs (unit rates); b) providing services supporting the development of PES and PS, including animation and incubation services, responding to the challenges related to deinstitutionalisation and sustainable development (including in the circular economy and renewable energy sources) and demographers, promotional, educational and training services, in accordance with KPRES and EU standards; c) supporting the implementation of an individual reintegration process in the PS (St. Reintegration and IPR support), - all headings above - until 31.12.2028. Target Group P. are in particular: 1. persons referred to in Article 2(6) of the UES; 2nd person in Podr. 4.2 Area gratings; 3. persons planning to establish a PES/PS or to work in a PES/PS; 4. juridical persons planning the annex. PES/PS; 5. PES/PS and their management and staff (particularly in pt. 3.4.3). SNRSS has been continuously accredited by AKSES since 2015, in 2023 it has applied for accreditation and OWES status in accordance with the ES Act and is awaiting the decision of the MRiPS. The project will be real. in cooperation with the reg. coordinator es - ROPS in Poznań, CUS, PUP, PCPR, LAG, JST, subm. social employment, operas. BUR and other stakeholders. The planned department. OWES, Area Wyt., RPRES and pt. 7.1 and 7.2 Project Regulations) include, among others: 1) provision of animation services, building partnerships and other local leaders, education department, promotion of PES products and services and social response, increasing the visibility of eS, 2) support for PES and PS, including assistance in obtaining financial sources, including loans and funds from the FP (PUP) and PFRON, 3) creation of work in PS (unit units for the creation and maintenance of work m.), mid-school, cod, etc., and reintegration services (in accordance with the Guidelines), 4) reintegration of members and professions of PS employees, including qualifications and work. PES/PS (e.g. schools implemented in co-operation with BUR operators), reintegration services for persons indicated in Wytycze i ues and support and cooperation with PES reintegr. i podm. social employment, 5) creation and support of public utility services and social services for local communities (JST, CUS, LGD, among others as part of service bundles) and PS reintegr., as well as PS respond to challenges related to deinstitutionalisation and sustainable development, including circular and renewable energy, greening of public spaces, 6) development of socially responsible and green public procurement, cooperation with JST - support of PES/PS in applying for contracts; 7) co-operating with traditional business, e.g. in the field of reporting and implementation of ESG; Support for PES and PS is part of the Social Economy Action Plan adopted by the European Commission.
