Integrated in Poznań - support and socio-economic integration of third-country nationals, including migrants.

The main objective of the project is to improve the level of socio-economic integration in the period from 01.05.2024 to 31.12.2026. 1750 third-country nationals (including migrants approx. 65%K and 35%M) from Poznań by providing them with comprehensive legal, economic and cultural support tailored to their individual needs and situation (Access Criteria 2 and 3/KD2 and KD3). The project is addressed to 1750 people who do not have the citizenship of any of the EU countries or countries such as: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, which are studying, working or residing in Poznan (KC), in particular persons who, after the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, have been granted temporary protection (KD4), including 35 persons with disabilities (OzN). The objective of the project will be achieved through actions tailored to the individual needs of each project participant (PO), determined on the basis of the diagnosis of the PO/(KD3), i.e.: 1. Support for adaptation measures – Task 1 – of which: a. 6276 hours of Polish language courses b. 6160 hours of adaptation courses 2. Legal, psychological support – Zad. 2–of which: a. 2160h legal support b. 38h/person psychologist support. 3. Assistive support for day-to-day operations (for 1600UP throughout the project) – Zad. 3 4. Adaptation and socio-cultural integration with local communities – Zad. 4–of which: a. 30 social-cult integration events b. 15 events for women c. 96 meetings for seniors 5. Support in the development of professional competence. –Zad. 5–of which: a. vocational courses. taking into account the individual needs of 40UP b. 15 workshops in the field of activation of the profession c. 48 courses from the acquisition/development of new skills and competences Support from 01.05.2024 to 31.12.2026 will cover 1750UP, who will receive comprehensive and multidimensional support, consistent with their individual needs, including: 1. 970 UP in the field of Polish language courses 2. 120 UP in the field of adaptation courses 3. 273 UP will be supported by a psychologist. 4. 864 UP will receive legal support 5. 40 UP in the field of vocational courses. 6. 1600 UP in the field of assistant support in everyday functioning. and professional development. 7. 561 UP in the field of adaptation and social integration events-cult. 8. 225 UP in the field of activation of the profession. 9. 384 UP will take part in courses for the development of the competency profession. No support will be provided for the creation of new childcare facilities up to 1. The project will be implemented in partnership between the City of Poznań/UMP (Faculty of Health and Social Affairs/WZiSS – tasks 4 and 5; Office for Project Coordination and Revitalization of the City/BKPiRM) and the Migrant Info Point Foundation (zad.1,2,3) - PES (Kryt. Preferential 1). Part of the tasks will be carried out by the organisational unit. UMP: MOPR (Zad.1,3,4,5) and Municipal Crisis Intervention Centre/MCIK (Zad.2). The actions implemented will take into account the specificities of migration to a given region, in particular in terms of the socio-demographic characteristics of migrants, the host sectors in which they most often find employment and the challenges that arise. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of ESF Plus funds in regional programmes for the period 2021-2027 of 15.03.2023. When planning and implementing the project, the applicant takes into account the recommendations contained in the EC guide "Toolkit on the use of EU Funds for the integration of people with a migrant background. 2021-2027 programming period. The actions specified in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions will be implemented in the manner and on the principles specified in this Act and its implementing acts. Actions in the field of socio-economic integration of third-country nationals will not be financed from other public funds, in particular from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. The support offered under the project will be individualized and tailored to the needs of UP. The project will contribute to increasing the scope of support provided to foreigners in the area
