The ORA complements the support system for adoptive families, which is dedicated to adoptive families, specialising in adoption problems, particularly in the area of trauma and bonding disorders, and is equipped with tools for working directly with families in the area of these and other adoptive problems. In the adoption system, the ORA is the equivalent of a family assistant in the family support system and a foster care coordinator in the foster care system. Such a solution does not work at the statutory and systemic level, although there is a huge need for it. The support provided under the project will include in particular: - support of parents in fulfilling parental functions by: counselling, consultations, support conversations, support groups, workshops/trainings improving educational skills, psychoeducation, - support for children after adoption by: consultations, counselling, support talks, support groups, support for functioning in the educational environment through cooperation with these institutions and organized psychoeducational activities for carers and/or children, - support for adult adopters by: consultations, counseling, support conversations, therapist support, psychoeducation, support in establishing / building relationships with the biol family.
