The subject of the project is to support the potential of the ITI Kolsko-Turkish Functional Area through the implementation of the following tasks: 1. Improving the competences of people involved in the implementation of the ZIT Strategy of the Cities of Koła and Turku (Turkish Municipality) - stationary training for management staff and municipal employees (including instructors' remuneration). 2. Equipment and day-to-day operation of the ZIT OF Miast Koła i Turku (Turkish Municipality) office: a) Remuneration of the ITI Strategy Implementation Specialist - investment projects (special allowance); b) Remuneration of the ITI Strategy Implementation Specialist - non-investment projects (special allowance); c) Remuneration of the ITI Strategy Reporting, Monitoring and Update Specialist (special allowance); d) Remuneration of the Information, Promotion and Socialisation Specialist of the ITI Strategy (special allowance); e) Purchase of computer equipment - 3 laptops; f) Purchase of a conference table with 14 chairs (1 set); g) Purchase of a videoconferencing set (1 set); h) Purchase of office chairs - 3 pieces. 3. Implementation of the ITI Strategy (Municipal Municipality of Koło) - Remuneration of a specialist for the implementation of the ITI Strategy at the local level (special supplement). 4. Implementation of the ITI Strategy (Municipality of Koło) - Remuneration of a specialist for the implementation of the ITI Strategy at the local level (special supplement). 5. Implementation of the ITI Strategy (Turkish Municipality) - Remuneration of a specialist for the implementation of the ITI Strategy at the local level (special supplement). 6. Implementation of the ITI Strategy (Gmina Brudzew) - Remuneration of a specialist for the implementation of the ITI Strategy at the local level (special supplement). 7. Implementation of the ITI Strategy (Municipality of Kościc) - Remuneration of the Specialist for the implementation of the ITI Strategy at the local level (special supplement). 8. Expert services on the implementation of the ITI Strategy (Turkish Municipality): a) Conducting a strategic environmental impact assessment for the ITI Strategy; b) Expert services - environment and climate change; c) Expert services - e-services; d) Development of a feasibility study. 9. Expert services on the implementation of the ITI Strategy (Turkish Municipality): a) Expert services - environment and climate change; b) Expert services - e-services. 10. Expert services on the implementation of the ITI Strategy (Gmina Brudzew): a) Expert services - urban mobility; b) Expert services - e-services. 11. Expert services on the implementation of the ITI Strategy (Municipal Municipality of Koło): a) Expert services - environment and climate change; b) Expert services - e-services. c) Expert services - education and social affairs. 12. Promotion of the project - services - rollup, advertisement, posters (Turkish Municipality). Salary supplements taken into account under tasks 2 to 7 will be determined on a flat-rate basis, in accordance with the internal rules of remuneration of the Applicant and the Executors. The main recipients of the effects of the project will be local government units, which have established an inter-municipal agreement on cooperation within the ITI Union in order to cooperate within the Functional Area of the Circle and Turku Cities. These units are: Municipality of Turek, Municipality of Koło, Municipality of Turek, Municipality of Koło, Municipality of Brudzew, Municipality of Kościc. The parties to the agreement concluded on 18 July 2023 established the ITI Union, whose primary task is to create a development policy in the area of ITI by developing an ITI Strategy and coordinating the implementation of the ITI Strategy. The role of the Leader of ZIT OF Koła and Turku was entrusted to the Municipality of Turek. The Municipality of Turek will be responsible for ensuring proper organizational, technical and financial facilities and for efficient, effective and compliant implementation of the project. As part of the project, expenses related to the remuneration of specialists for the implementation of the ITI Strategy and expenses related to the purchase of expert services will also be borne by local government units forming part of the ITI Partnership. These units will thus play the role of executors in the project.
