The aim of the project is to strengthen cooperation between the Ministry of Finance of Gniezno in the area of mobility and transport, as well as to strengthen the potential of the partnership in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the ITI strategy. This task will be carried out by the ITI Gniezno Association, which acts as a joint representation of city authorities and areas functionally linked to them, as well as representatives of entrepreneurs, non-governmental organizations, etc. towards national and regional authorities. The basic goal of the Association is to support and develop the idea of local self-government and to defend the common interests of the Association's Members by strengthening the socio-economic, infrastructure-environmental and cultural development of local government units forming the ITI Association and cooperation of municipalities and counties in this respect, and in particular coordinating the implementation of the ITI Strategy. As a result of the joint work of the mayors, the working group and the employees of the municipalities, in coordination with the ITI Association, a document Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, or another equivalent document, will be developed, which will be a long-term strategy, aimed at ensuring good access to travel and services, including an implementation plan that will allow in the future to provide citizens with access to travel and services, improve safety, contribute to the reduction of air pollution and noise, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption, and improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of transport of people and goods. In addition, it will have a positive impact on the attractiveness and quality of the urban environment for the benefit of residents, the economy, the community as a whole and will strengthen cooperation between MOF self-governments. As part of the project, the following tasks will be carried out: 1) a contractor will be selected who, in the form of an expert service, will help in the preparation of an urban mobility plan or other strategic document that will allow, among others, to integrate mobility at the Gniezno MOF. The working group will be involved in the work on the document in the amount of approx. 30 people/participants of meetings/workshops/study trips, i.e. max. 3 representatives from each municipality. The meetings will be attended, depending on the subject, by private carriers, representatives of the city company and municipal entities involved in communication and other institutions that may have an impact on the shape and scope of the mobility plan. It is also planned to include and involve staff from various departments within municipalities and districts (e.g. environment, spatial planning, health), urban units, political bodies, neighbouring municipalities and senior authorities. During the meetings moderated and coordinated by the selected company, activities will be undertaken consisting of: -attempts to understand the needs of residents and to select the best solutions that respond to them; - solving local problems of urban mobility; - analyzing a broad methodology taking into account and learning about transport behaviour; - striving to integrate bicycle paths in the Gniezno MOF area and extending the city bike system beyond the city limits. -implementing the Strategy and animating cooperation within the functional areas, i.e. monitoring the effects of the ITI strategy and coordinating work on joint projects. 2) Running an ITI office: - servicing the office of the ZIT Gniezno Association, including incurring the costs of remuneration of the director and employee; - purchase of a laptop with software that will allow you to work regardless of where you are; -an application document will be prepared for measure 7.4 of the FEW; - the cost of staff delegations; 3) Inf.-prom. activities: Organization of a press conference, promotion in local media, press release and use of ferry materials.
