LDS management, monitoring, evaluation and animation

The direct objective of the project is to implement the actions planned under the ERDF in the LDS strategy "BETWEEN PEOPLE AND JEZIORAMI" in the area of five municipalities: Kazimierz Biskupi, Kleczew, Skulsk, Ślesin and Wilczyn. The subject of the project is the management, animation and monitoring of the LDS Strategy. The main objective of the project is to ensure effective management, monitoring, evaluation and animation of LDS. The main problems are defined in the LSR, e.g.: in the social, educational and labour market areas. Taking into account the LDS for 2023-2027, the LAG ‘BETWEEN PEOPLE AND JEZIORAMI’ identified the objectives of the actions that are a response to the diagnosed problems of the local community on the territory of the LAG action that were planned to be implemented under the ERDF. The main task of the LAG will be to launch and conduct calls for proposals under the LDS implementation component. In line with the timetable, the ERDF is planning to implement 1 call for proposals in the area of supporting integrated and inclusive social, economic and environmental development, at local level, culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism and security in the LAG area. Recruitment will be carried out in a competition mode. The LAG undertakes to conduct the selection of operations in a timely and correct manner. An important aspect of LDS implementation is fulfilling the obligations arising from the communication plan with the local community. Effective communication is an important condition for the effective and efficient involvement of the local community in the implementation of the strategy. The planned communication activities through which the LAG intends to effectively reach local communities include: an information campaign on the communication obligations of beneficiaries, an information campaign on the main assumptions of the LDS, information and training meetings on the preparation, implementation and settlement of operations, an information campaign of the LAG on the main effects of the LDS. As part of the project, the employees of the LAG office will provide free advice on, among others: preparation of applications for support and payment claims. On an ongoing basis, records of advice provided will be kept in the form of a register or statements of entities to which advice has been provided. In addition, a satisfaction survey of applicants and beneficiaries on the quality of advice provided by the LAG will be carried out. As part of the project, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the strategy will be carried out, including in particular the level of achievement of the indicators specified in the strategy will be monitored on an ongoing basis. In order to effectively implement the LDS, it is necessary to finance the activities described in this project.
