The main subject of the project, implemented from 09.01.2024 to 30.09.2029, is to ensure effective management, monitoring, evaluation and animation of residents from the area of six member municipalities covered by the LDS. The target group will be the local community. The main problems occurring in the aforementioned municipalities have been defined in the LDS, in particular in the social and infrastructural area. Most municipalities have local recreation and leisure centres or the resources to set them up. However, these sites require development of public and non-commercial social infrastructure. One of the reasons for the low socio-cultural activity of the inhabitants of the area is the poor condition of facilities performing such functions. In places where such facilities have a low standard and are poorly equipped, residents do not have the conditions to increase their activity in social life. Changing this situation is possible through the construction, reconstruction and retrofitting of rural community centers, culture houses, organization of places of active recreation and recreation for residents. Key problems diagnosed, i.e.: low activity of the local community and low access to the offer for seniors, children, youth and women, as well as low integration of disadvantaged people into the local environment, low access to offers for cultivating and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of the region (occasionally organised activities in 3 cultural centres – in three member municipalities: Dąbie, Kłodawa and Przedcz, in the other three communes there are no cultural centres) require actions contributing to the social inclusion of excluded people. To mitigate the identified problems, the direction of action is the development of the infrastructure of the leisure offer, including small architecture. It is necessary to create an offer of spending free time for different age groups. The use and development of the most interesting initiatives of revitalization and integration of villages on the basis of functioning facilities and public space will enable the growth of social and economic activity and integration of local communities, as well as improve the aesthetics and development of public space. These activities in the LDS were planned to be implemented under the ERDF. The main tasks of the ‘Solna Dolina’ LAG under the project will be to launch and conduct calls for proposals under the LDS implementation component. In accordance with the timetable, the ERDF is planning to implement 1 call for proposals in the area of social infrastructure contributing to social inclusion, which will be implemented in a competitive manner. The LAG undertakes to conduct the selection of operations in a timely and correct manner. An important aspect of LDS implementation is also fulfilling the obligations arising from the communication plan with the local community. Effective communication is an important condition for the effective and rational involvement of the local community in the implementation of the strategy. The partnership will therefore undertake various communication activities aimed at residents of the entire area informing about the possibility of participating in implemented projects, including those carried out for the benefit of disadvantaged people. Communication channels will always be adapted to the planned activities. As part of the project, the employees of the LAG office will provide free advice on, among others: preparation of applications for support and payment claims. On an ongoing basis, records of the advice provided will be kept in the form of a register. In addition, a satisfaction survey of applicants and beneficiaries on the quality of advice provided by the LAG will be carried out. As part of the project, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the strategy will be carried out, including in particular the level of achievement of the indicators specified in the strategy will be monitored on an ongoing basis. In order to effectively implement the LDS, it is necessary to finance the activities described in this project.
