Strategy management, monitoring, evaluation and animation in the LAG area

The subject of the project is to ensure the proper management, monitoring, evaluation and animation of the LSR of the "Wielkopolska with Imagination" Association for the years 2023-2029. The main problem areas have been defined and described in the LDS on the basis of a needs analysis. For the ERDF component in the wider area of culture. In response to the needs of the local community, one project was planned within its scope - P.3.1 Creating space for cultural activities. The project will be implemented as part of the competition and assumes support for projects related to: the provision of cultural facilities, the organisation of festivals and cultural events as an opportunity to promote local culture, art, music and tradition (such as folklore festivals, concerts, exhibitions, dance shows or theatrical performances), the revitalisation of monuments and cultural heritage through renovations, the protection and sharing of monuments and cultural heritage sites (the project may include restoration works, the modernisation of infrastructure, the creation of cultural centres or museums to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of the region). €318 000.00 will be earmarked for this project. Partnership projects will be rewarded. Built between local institutions, NGOs, artists, craftsmen and the local community, as this is key to the effective development of culture and heritage preservation in rural areas. By working together, exchanging experience and resources, more impact and efficiency can be achieved. The LAG undertakes to carry out the procedures for the selection of operations in a timely and correct manner. A key element of the implementation of LDS is the fulfillment of commitments related to the communication plan with the local community. Effective communication is an important factor influencing the involvement of the local community in the implementation of the strategy. The project will include evaluation, monitoring of the implementation of the strategy and the level of achievement of the assumed indicators set out in the strategy. In order to effectively implement the LDS, it is necessary to finance the activities described in this project, which will bear the following costs: - costs of supervising the implementation of the LDS (costs of remuneration of members of the management board, members of the decision-making body,) - costs of operating the LDS office (rental of office space, operating and administrative fees, office supplies, cleaning products, purchase of necessary equipment for the office), - professional development for employees of the LDS office and members of the management board and decision-making body (costs of trainers, training) - costs of employing staff of the LDS office - costs related to the activation of residents and other entities from the LDS area related to the implementation of the LDS (e.g. information meetings, public appearances), - costs of organising training and information meetings for LDS beneficiaries and potential LDS beneficiaries - costs of conferences and events aimed at activating the local community and strengthening cooperation within the LDS and with other LDS, - costs of running the website and updating it on an ongoing basis - costs of promotion (publications, media campaigns) - other costs necessary for the proper functioning of the office.
