The subject of the project is the management, animation and monitoring of the Local Development Strategy of the "Długosz Królewski" Association. The project will be implemented from 02.01.2024 to 30.09.2029. The main objective of the project is to implement the actions planned under the ESF+ in the Local Development Strategy in the following municipalities: Brzeziny, Sieroszewice and Szczytniki and ensuring effective and direct management, monitoring, evaluation and animation of the Local Development Strategy. The "Długosz Królewski" Association will carry out the obligations arising from the framework contract, as indicated in point. 7.3. of the Recruitment Regulations. Under this agreement, the Association has the possibility to use three funds, i.e. CSPs, ERDF and ESF+. As part of the funds received, the Association plans to launch the first calls for proposals in 2024, including from the ESF+ programme. In view of the above, the Association plans to carry out a broad information campaign for potential beneficiaries before the launch of the first call for proposals. This campaign will include information on the scope of support, communication obligations of beneficiaries and the main assumptions of the LDS. The LAG undertakes to provide first training to the LAG Office staff and to all members of the Board in order to learn the rules and to carry out the call for proposals for potential beneficiaries. Subsequently, training was planned to be carried out by an external company for potential beneficiaries in order to discuss the specific call for proposals and all related documentation. The staff of the Office, after training, will also provide free advice, for which it will be necessary to bear the costs of employment. Thanks to the information campaign, beneficiaries will receive the necessary assistance in preparing the competition documentation, including the LAG office staff who will provide free advice on, inter alia, the preparation of applications for support and payment claims. In addition, records of advice provided in the form of a register will be kept on an ongoing basis, for all persons to whom this advice was provided along with a survey of applicants' satisfaction with the advice provided. As part of the project, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the strategy will also be carried out and the level of achieved indicators specified in the strategy will be monitored on an ongoing basis. In order to effectively implement the LDS, it is necessary to finance the activities described in this project.
