The project includes LDS management activities of the "Ostrzeszowska Local Action Group" Association and its effective monitoring, evaluation and animation. The main objective of the project is the productive implementation of the LDS to the extent planned for implementation under the ESF+ through management, monitoring, evaluation and animation. The main problems defined within the LDS are a small educational offer aimed at the development of individual talents of children and school youth, going beyond systemic education conducted in educational institutions. In order to solve the reported problems, the LSR provides financial support for operations aimed at equalizing development opportunities through the implementation of tasks in the field of vocational education and psychological and pedagogical counselling, as well as support for initiatives to increase the educational offer beyond the statutory ones. The Association "Ostrzeszowska Local Action Group" will primarily have the task of announcing and conducting calls under the LDS implementation component. On the basis of the approved schedule of calls for applications for support for the implementation of operations under the Local Development Strategy for 2024 of the Ostrzeszowska Local Action Group Association under the ESF+, 3 calls are planned in the area of: strengthening vocational education, support for psychological and pedagogical counselling, development of knowledge, competences, skills, talents and interests outside formal education as part of local development, which will be implemented in the competition mode provided for Territorial Sector Units. The LAG undertakes to conduct the selection of operations in a timely and correct manner. An indispensable element of LDS implementation is the implementation of a communication plan with the local community. Effective communication is an important condition for the effective and efficient involvement of the local community in the implementation of the strategy. The planned communication activities through which the LAG intends to effectively reach local communities include: an information campaign on the communication obligations of beneficiaries of the ESI Funds, an information campaign on the main assumptions of the LDS, information and training meetings on the preparation, implementation and settlement of operations, information on the conditions and methods of implementing and settling projects, an information campaign on the deadlines for receiving applications, a satisfaction survey of applicants and beneficiaries on the quality of advice provided by LAGs at the stage of preparing applications for support for planned activities and on settling operations. As part of the project, free consultancy will be launched in the following areas: preparation of applications for support and payment claims. On an ongoing basis, records of advice provided will be kept in the form of a register or statements of entities to which advice has been provided. In addition, a satisfaction survey of applicants and beneficiaries on the quality of advice provided by the LAG will be carried out. As part of the project, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the strategy will be carried out, including in particular the level of achievement of the indicators specified in the strategy will be monitored on an ongoing basis. In order to effectively implement the LDS, it is necessary to finance the activities described in this project.
