The subject of the project is the management, animation and monitoring of the Local Development Strategy (LSR) for the Wielkopolska part of the Barycz Valley. The main objective of the project is to ensure effective management, monitoring, evaluation and animation of LDS in relation to the problems identified in the area covered by the Strategy. These are in the social field: low level of involvement, lack of knowledge of residents on adaptation to climate change and insufficient use of public facilities. The actions planned under the ESF will aim to strengthen and develop the social potential of hybrids for climate action by supporting non-formal education and the social integration of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The main task of the LAG will be to announce and conduct calls for proposals under the LDS implementation component. In line with the timetable, the ESF is planned to implement: - 1 call for proposals in the area (09.06) social activation of people most at risk of social exclusion, building the local capacity of civil society - 1 call for proposals in the area (09.02) pre-school, general and vocational education as part of local development. The LAG undertakes to conduct the selection of operations in a timely and correct manner and to comply with the obligations arising from the communication plan with the local community. In order to effectively and effectively involve the local community in the implementation of the strategy, the LAG assumes communication activities through which it intends to effectively reach local communities, including: - information campaign on the main assumptions of the LDS, - information and training meetings on the preparation, implementation and settlement of operations, - training and information campaign on the communication obligations of beneficiaries. As part of the project, the employees of the LAG office will provide free advice on, among others: preparation of applications for support and payment claims. On an ongoing basis, records of advice provided will be kept in the form of a register or statements of entities to which advice has been provided. In addition, a satisfaction survey of applicants and beneficiaries on the quality of advice provided by the LAG will be carried out. As part of the project, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the strategy will be carried out, including in particular the level of achievement of the indicators specified in the strategy will be monitored on an ongoing basis. In order to effectively implement the LDS, it is necessary to finance the activities described in this project.
