The aim of the project is to ensure proper management, monitoring, evaluation and animation of LDS. The main problem areas have been defined and described in the 2023-2027 LDS on the basis of a needs analysis. As regards the ESF component, they concern the development of entrepreneurship, the increase of qualifications and professional skills of the inhabitants of the area. They are diagnosed and defined tasks that are a response to the problems of the local community in the LAG's area of activity. The main task of the Association will be to announce and conduct calls for proposals under the LDS implementation component. In line with the ESF call schedule, 3 calls are planned for the lifelong learning activity and for vocational and non-formal education. Two of them will be carried out in a competition mode, and one as a personal operation. The LAG undertakes to carry out the procedures for the selection of operations in a timely and correct manner. A key element of the implementation of LDS is the fulfillment of commitments related to the communication plan with the local community. Effective communication is an important factor influencing the involvement of the local community in the implementation of the strategy. The planned communication activities are aimed at reaching the widest possible group, for this purpose information campaigns will be undertaken on the main assumptions of the LDS and communication obligations incumbent on beneficiaries. In addition, activities will be undertaken consisting in the organization of information and training meetings regarding the preparation, implementation and settlement of projects. As part of the project, the employees of the LAG office will provide free advice, including on the preparation of applications for co-financing of the project and its settlement and ongoing service. In order to maintain high standards, a record of the advice provided and a satisfaction survey regarding the quality of the advice provided will be kept. The project will include evaluation, monitoring of the implementation of the strategy and the level of achievement of the assumed indicators set out in the strategy. In order to effectively implement the LDS, it is necessary to finance the activities described in this project.
