Upskilling and reskilling and professional activation of employees of the Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Power Plant Group focused on creating and maintaining jobs. "Path to employment after coal"

The project, implemented from 29.12.2023 to 30.06.2029, is a response to the needs of people leaving mining and conventional energy in order to effectively activate approx. 2 200 pers. (660K, 1540M) from Eastern Wielkopolska, which is affected by the loss of existing jobs in the above sector. Such a situation requires tailor-made support aimed at people losing their current employment (up to Q2 2014). Approximately 40% of workers lost their jobs in 2022). The activities in the project are aimed at achieving the goal of the FEW Programme expressed in output and result indicators, i.e., including support in the field of outplacement of 2,200 people, lead to the employment (or continuation) of 1,100 people and obtain qualifications by 1,166 people. It is addressed mainly to employees of GK ZE PAK who are at risk of losing their job and those who have lost their employment, also since 2018. In addition, the project participants may be employees of industries related to the mining and energy sector and family members and/or people running a joint household with the above-mentioned people who do not have a source of income. The aim of the pr. is to bring UP to employment with a new employer and to maintain the durability of the new workplace. Support in pr. consists in professional activation of the UP with the use of tools depending on the development path chosen by the UP. Before proceeding to a given path, an IPD will be developed for each UP, which, by diagnosing predispositions, will allow you to choose the right path. Pr. implemented in partnership with entities from the areas of support. PLOs from transition districts (in Konin, Turku, Kole and Słupca) and partners from outside the public finance sector will be involved in the implementation of the pr., who have been selected through a procedure for the selection of partners: - ZE PAK S.A. an entity operating in the field of lignite-fired power generation in WW. Task: information and promotion of the Employee Program among employees of GK ZE PAK companies; development of an assistance programme, including a diagnosis of the needs of potential project participants; participation in the ongoing assessment of the quality of services provided by other partners - DGA S.A. and Jobs First sp. z o.o. - private employment agencies. Task: Creation of IPD; organisation of training; sub-employment; d.o.p./d.o.p.; reintegration support; counselling and employment support services; responsibility for the result of bringing the PPO into new employment; support to maintain the sustainability of the employment of the EP in the new workplace; contacts with employers on the open labour market, - SnRSS and WARP Sp. z o. o., entities with experience in social affairs. Task: Creation of IPD; comprehensive development services for the incubation of a new division/social/social partnership and/or employment in a social enterprise; providing support for: - non-repayable start-up grants, social cooperatives/civil partnerships or jobs in social cooperatives, financial bridging support, - employment subsidies, labour subsidies, - financial bridging support; working in local environments and building a friendly environment for created initiatives/employers, including in local government units, business environment, NGOs, other support institutions; Supporting services: Entities employing participants. Activities consolidating the effect of creating a friendly working environment, including through advising on: law, marketing, accounting and others, - in the field of professional development and reintegration, including psychologist, career development advisor; support to maintain the sustainability of the participant's employment in the new workplace. - PLOs will offer support in accordance with the needs of the PO in terms of, inter alia, the following forms of support: vocational schools, sub-employment, prob./dop. st. pr., financial support for the start-up of the department.
