In accordance with the Woj.WLKP Development Strategy until 2030, the educational offer of schools does not meet the requirements of the local labour market. Employers most often look for highly qualified employees, specialists in a given field. Meanwhile, the suitability of vocational qualifications and the skills of vocational school graduates is assessed by employers as insufficient. In addition, access to education is also a barrier (63 % of pupils are from rural areas) but also material ogr. consisting in a lack of financial resources for equipping schools and organizing paid internships for pupils and courses granting entitlements, e.g. welder. An important problem is also the results of exams, which are much lower than the average for WLKP. In addition, the need to transform education has been identified in the Horse Development Strategy until 2030, including NŚR (project: education in accordance with the nature and needs of the labour market) as well as in the approved diagnoses of 5 secondary schools, the need to organize internships and courses for students is indicated. Therefore, the subject of the project. "Transformation of vocational training in the future of Konin" is the comprehensiveness of support, including the improvement of qualifications of pupils and teachers, through the organization of: -student internships for 159 pupils (21K and 138M) in cooperation with entrepreneurs, -qualification courses for 489 pupils (54K and 435M) increasing their chances on the labour market, e.g. forklifts, welder, ECDL, bartender, Autodesk, Adobe Photoshop, crane maintenance, warehouser, operation and configuration of telecommunication servers, configuration of network services in you, routing on WebOS systems, website development, etc. -educational counselling involving 549 pupils (72K and 477M), including 5 disabled persons (1K and 4M), including: individual coaching, social skills workshops, spots with professionals, workshops developing key competences, professional trips, workshops on application docs - 44 lessons (24K and 20M) in the form of subtype studies, courses / trainings. -equipment of 10 training workshops reflecting real working conditions, i.e. ZSBiKZ IT technician (1 workshop) and hotel industry technician (1 workshop), ZST IT technician:1 workshop (Programming, databases and computer graphics), 1 workshop (Computer technology devices and operating systems), ZSGE electrical technician:1 workshop (Mounting and eco-operation of electrical machines, devices and installations), car room technicians: 1 workshop (service and repair of car rooms), 1 workshop (diagnostics room itself), ZS Kopernik inf. techniques (1 workshop-transmission wide area networks), ZSCKU inf. techniques (1 workshop), mag.-logistics techniques (1 workshop). Organised as part of the project activity, i.e. student internships (ZSBiKZ-32ucz., ZST-12ucz., ZSGE-40ucz, Kopernik-60ucz, CKU-15 pupil) in fields of education in line with the demand of the labour market, i.e. electricians, warehousemen, logistics/forwarder, hoteliers, car room mechanics, IT specialists, car inspectors (Barometer zaw.-forecast 2024 for M.Konin and Konin County). The fields of education covered by the project are also in line with the Regional Innovation Strategy (RIS) 2030, i.e. Specialized logistic processes and ICT-based development.Moreover, equipped training rooms are compatible with subregional specializations/Smart specialization areas for the Konin subregion, i.e. RES and modern energy technologies, including hydrogen, tourism and logistics. Project implementation period from 1.07.2024 to 30.09.2026, i.e. Twenty-seven months. The project is implemented in the area of Konin, Wielk.Eastern for 5 schools of vocational education (technics and industry schools of the first degree) for which the org.leading is M.Konin. The project complies with the provisions of the Project Selection Reg. indicated in point 7.2. Inf.addition. The annex to the proposal, i.e. the power of attorney and confirmation of the financial potential, will be implemented in accordance with the accessibility standards for cohesion policy 2021-2027.
