Construction of a multidisciplinary Medical Center in Konin adapted to the needs of people with disabilities: • non-operational part in Konin at ul. Friendship 3, • treatment part in Konin at ul. Eight of Gay.

As part of the project, two construction projects will be carried out. Both in the city of Konin. The first is the extension of the existing clinic building in Konin at Przyjaźnia 3 street. In addition to additional places to provide health services in both primary and specialist health care, the building will be primarily a modern Center for Imaging Diagnostics, where, among others, the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory will be located. The construction of a new facility through the extension of the existing one will in this case require the purchase of Magnetic Resonance and the Faraday Cage device necessary for safe use. The newly built building, connected by two connectors to the existing block of the building - the extension of the existing one, consists of the second floor and the ground floor. Specification of the building: Ground floor: OK. 344 m2 1st floor: OK. 342 m2 2nd floor: OK. 254 m2 In the newly built part of the building, it is planned to run on the ground floor, as mentioned above, the Magnetic Resonance and X-ray laboratories in the rest of the building. The second investment is also the expansion of the clinic building in Konin at 8 Gajowa Street with a room dedicated to the operation of a modern operating room. Operating room in Konin on Gajowa Street 8-description of the investment: Expansion of the Clinic at Gajowa 8 in Konin concerning the extension of the building with an operating room for the needs of the Hospital One-Day Surgery Department. This means adding to the current block of the building an additional element with a total area of 200 m2 of usable space. In the newly-created part there will be rooms as below: 1/ patient preparation room 2/ patient lock 3/ car wash for doctors 4/ sterilizer with tool wash using pressure 5/ corridor for post-operative waste with a waste room - it is about the fact that there must be two separate roads - one so-called clean for patients and staff, the second so-called dirty for post-operative waste The next stage of construction is its finishing and preparation for use. At this stage, the room should be equipped with elements as follows: -special ventilation system for the use of the operating room -sliding doors -all elements must be equipped with photo-cells - non-contact equipment -special fire protection -slips for doctors -glass walls around the room -armature intended for medical facilities -generator and UPS The construction of the operating room with the required standards involves the purchase of the necessary medical equipment, i.e.: -Digital X-ray C-frame camera, -Anaesthesia apparatus + monitor+sensor+modular system +Videolarygoscope, -Shadowless operating lamps, -Operation table with anti-pressure sleeper, -Arthroscope, Endoscope, Laparoscope, RF /Surgical and orthopedic equipment/, -Facoemulsifier + interchangeable heads, -Bone high-speed drill + interchangeable tips, -Unit, -Pantomographic apparatus, -USG apparatus, -Laboratory Analyzer, -Plasma sterilizer, -Electric coagulation + electric knife + surgical tools needed, -and Microscope for surgical procedures
