The subject of the project is the launch of an enterprise incubator in the Stare Miasto commune - INoSeM. For this purpose, a partnership was established between Cubatex Sp z o.o. and the Old Town Municipality. The project will be implemented in 4 stages: 1/Development of an application for co-financing, development of employees' competences and conducting marketing activities 2/Adaptation and retrofitting of the building to the activities of the incubator 3/Development and implementation of new services in the incubator together with preparation for ISO 4 certification/Fitting the building with the necessary equipment enabling the provision of services by the incubator The launch of the INoSeM incubator will make it possible to make available at least 32 new enterprises (within a period of 12 months): -offices with an area of approx. 300 m2, -comprehensive services in 4 categories: 1/information supporting the conduct and development of business activity: a/Operating information service: market monitoring in the scope of obtaining co-financing, new investment opportunities, new investments that will be implemented in the region, tenders, job offers from companies from the region. current calendar of business events in the region. c/Information service for the tourism industry: tourism accessible tourist attractions to be used individually or by tourism businesses, including cycling and walking routes (editing, reporting modification, cycling routes, tourist destinations). d/Information service for the tourism industry: an up-to-date calendar of packages in the region organised by various institutions in the region. 2/Pro-development services necessary for the functioning of the enterprise - services related to the provision of office space and accounting services enclosed with additional support services. An additional service necessary for the functioning of the enterprise will be the e-learning training service in the field of knowledge related to the introduction of obligations under the GDPR in the company. 3/pro-innovation - services enabling the introduction of innovations in the company through the development of employees' competences: a/Services based on "serious games" enabling the development of employees' competences in the field of production management (product manufacturing processes in the company) and logistics management (transport in the company) b/Services based on e-learning trainings enabling the development of competences in the field of online marketing and marketing of tourism products and services and process optimization for the tourism industry. 4/ experts for the development of ideas into a profitable business model implemented by experienced experts from the incubator including: a/Development of the concept and agenda for the implementation of a new product or service in digital channels.(NEW) b/Development of business plans and feasibility studies for projects (including grants, investment loans). The Applicant, on the other hand, will introduce into its activity 1 a new advisory service, which it has not yet provided - 4A The scope of services provided will be placed on the Applicant's website together with a price list at the latest at the time of starting to provide the infrastructure in question. The project will also create a platform for cooperation between enterprises, universities, research and development units and public administration. Currently, cooperation with the Cluster of Innovative Technologies in Manufacturing - CINNOMATECH is confirmed. In addition, cooperation with scientists from the Wrocław University of Technology specializing in production management and logistics is planned. This will ensure: technology and knowledge transfer between science and business and business networking that can lead to new partnerships, projects and contracts. To sum up, the creation of the INoSeM incubator will enable the development of a community of entrepreneurs in the field of competences necessary in the region and the building of a community of innovators.
