The subject of the project is to support the Managing Authority of the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 programme (FEW MA) in human resources management (HRM) and strengthen its administrative capacity by financing expenditure related to the development and implementation of a comprehensive HRM strategy and costs related to ensuring appropriate working conditions for employees involved in the implementation of the FEW, closing the previous perspective and participating in the next programming period. The project will cover the costs of maintaining office space, including: energy consumption, cleaning, maintenance fees, etc. In addition, the project will incur costs for the purchase and maintenance of equipment (repair and maintenance of equipment, etc.), software and computer accessories, as well as costs for office supplies (paper, inks and toners, etc.) and equipment, including: purchase of furniture. At the same time, the project covers the costs of building, implementing and maintaining the Local Information System 2021+ and the Local Information System 2014+ and other IT tools and services, taking into account the principles of digital accessibility. In addition, the project will incur costs related to the performance of tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the MA of the FEW, including those related to the prevention, detection, correction and reporting in the area of irregularities and fraud and corruption, the support of the Anti-Fraud Coordinator (OLP). the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Ombudsman for European Funds and other activities that contribute to the implementation of horizontal principles, as well as activities related to the closure of the 2014-2020 perspective and the preparation and implementation of the next perspective after 2027, including: comprehensive organisation of meetings and conferences (rental of rooms, multimedia equipment, sound systems, streaming, food, accommodation, travel, etc.), national and foreign delegations and related costs, translations, public transport tickets, fees and costs of court, administrative and enforcement proceedings, expenses related to the preparation and legal handling of court and enforcement cases and expenses incurred for the functioning of conciliation commissions, handling of bills of exchange for securing contracts, postal and courier services, property insurance, expenses related to the storage and archiving of documents, etc.
