As part of the project, the activities implemented will be aimed at maintaining an efficient and effective management system for the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 (EFW) programme, including ensuring adequate staffing capacity of the Managing Authority (MA) of the FEW, through, inter alia, the development and implementation of a comprehensive human resources management strategy in the MA of the FEW. The above actions will be implemented by, inter alia, creating transparent career paths and supporting experienced staff, promoting and disseminating flexible and attractive forms of work, including remote working, and financing the employment of staff involved in the management and implementation of the Programme, closing the previous perspective and participating in the next programming period after 2027, including: overtime, additional annual salaries, bonuses, prizes, preliminary/periodic tests, reimbursement of costs for monitor lenses/glasses, etc.
